Point: The mod just got updated *today* and it now works with ALL cars (including mod ones!) but needs to be selected in the license plate part, plus if it it still not working, try reloading Lua with CTRL+L. Just a heads up. EDIT: Oh and when it got updated it also got a lot better, the faster you go now the earlier it will brake if it senses a car, making it pretty much crash-proof.

What you said about real cars beeping over curbs and stuff, it depends! Some cars have front and rear parking sensors, some only have rear. My car has them all around and they only activate below 7mph I believe, they have not once beeped for a speed bump or anything like that, really only curbs, parking humps, walls, or like any other obstacle that I could actually *hit*

The front aeb uses ai detection while the rear aeb detects any obstacle in its path. That’s why the front aeb doesn’t detect walls and curbs

AEB systems are designed to brake at the latest possible time so that people don't rely on them and which can lead to them not paying attention. In the circumstance when a crash is unavoidable they slow the car down which greatly reduces injuries to the cars occupants and damage to the vehicle(s) involved.
