@nowacki1489 honestly I think it needs more time in the oven as well, the game looks decent but those animations were kinda jank even by soulslike standards, especially the hit reactions. (plus the golden rules, never pre-order a game, and never buy from a store that doesn't accept refunds), maybe by the time it hits it's real release on steam it'll be fixed.

How do you get your stream so crisp? What streaming software do you use? I just started streaming the convergence mod after seeing you grind it. I'm using OBS, my bitrate seems to make no difference. I've tried 3,000 too low, 5,000 was better, then 9000 gave like no improvement.

honestly other than the trolly parts which is by design for these type of games, the level of challenge is actually genius. It is outstandingly hard but not unfair or impossible. Not sure if the quitting out breaking the section is intended or just part of the game, and if it is, it's quite a smart way to use it as anticheat.

I feel if you want to add checkpoints to a game like this it should be delayed. Like when you get to checkpoint 1 you still respawn on the ground, but if you get to checkpoint 2 you spawn at checkpoint 1.
