You said it! I hate those barn doors and for families with little kids, they are dangerous! I can just see them playing behind one and another little one pushes the door and someone gets squashed. Beside they are ugly. They are called barn doors because they belong on a barn, not in a house.

This house is spectacular, Chance! It checks all of the boxes. If I changed anything it would just be the paint color in the Master bathroom. Since there isn't a formal dining room, I would straighten the bar out and make room for a more formal table setting but if there was a formal dining room I would keep it as it is. It's kind of cool.

Chance, I like all the finishes & loved that burnt orange color. So pretty. The part you liked about the kitchen is what I dislike the most. I wouldn't want someone's hair that close to my countertop. Thank you for the ending. God is in control! 😊

The exterior on this home is perfect. The kitchen is too die for and the backsplash in the kitchen. I love it. The primary bedroom is huge. But the walk in closet. Is my all time favorite. The layout on the home is Perrrfectttt. 👌🏼🙏🏼

This home is modern and elegant. I like the carpet. I like this house and I love the color of the master bath but I prefer the warmth of stained wood cabinets. It seems like we're seeing a lot black and white color schemes lately. Thanks for all you do, Chance!

Thank you, Chance for sharing this!!!! I love the exterior! I also love the kitchen and the banquette-island combo; it frees up the square footage that is often wasted or clunky. It can also be beneficial if you have children (especially small ones), as the space can be managed more fluidly. It can also be beneficial to older adults, and individuals in wheelchairs or those with extra cushion on their hips (who can’t easily sit on barstools). I’ve lived in homes with full islands and barstools, and because the table was used more often and was closer to the window, there was always a slight disconnect from the action happening in the kitchen (on the other side of the island). If that makes sense. I will say that if you have large gatherings, there could be perceived restrictions of not having a full island to display food and drinks, etc. But there’s also an opportunity to put a rectangular table beside the sliding glass door to serve as a buffet for events. Just an idea. The “fancy” features Chance points out would normally be “premium” add-ons but appear to be the base offering, which is amazing. I’m usually mentally calculating the added cost of premium details. My mind didn’t even jump there this time. Except for a moment when I thought of a pot filler and then compromised with the closeness of the sink area. There’s an attention to detail with this build that I appreciate. This is an example of affordability not equating to slap-it-together-and-offload-it-quickly “cheapness” that we can easily find with many builds. I wish the primary bathroom had a separate water closet. I cringe having the toilet between the shower/tub and sink. And thank you, Chance for your parting words about the election. You’re right 🌎🙏🏽🩷

Wow, I like how they set up the porch. Portents of good things inside. Did you hear that Chance? All my teeth falling out after I saw all those cabinets in the living room. A great way to get adequate storage in the house but still keep things neat. You can tuck away games and knitting/crochet projects, all sorts of things. Room for books as well. Try elegant, stylish, modern. BTW that looked to be a hexagon shapes in the carpet - a very popular quilt design. I like the brown cabinets better that the black as well. I'm not into black. One thing I did notice in the living was the columns that leaves plenty of space for small works of art, such as small quilts. I love this house. It has everything I would need and wouldn't fell cramped. Love that kitchen!!!!

Love everything about this home! Wow - Chance is bringing us gem after gem! The mid-century modern feel of this floorplan is just perfect (colors and other elements of course are always up to personal taste, but the selections here along with the staging is superb!). For me, it's also not too big and not too small ... it's just right!

WOW! Like you said were the best critics as were looking at it from a buyers point of view. 1st thing TV seem way off center due to fireplace Might do away with the fireplace to center that tv in that beautiful room. Another idea is to just get rid of the TV and keep it as a quiet area to enjoy family and company. I don't think that dinning area does those huge doors any justice. Cabinets in the laundry area have to go way to small an area. Like a pantry but that one needs work. I was thinking $225 Bedrooms are a tad small for anything more. Lovely house don't get me wrong just not $275 worth of house

I agree with fireplace placement. I would put under TV and drop that one section of cabinets either down or out completely. If it is completely out with the cabinet, I'd build shelves on either side to replace lost storage possibly.

I love this kitchen… lots of room for cooking and family dinners…we have company for holiday meals and our kitchen that is in our home is super tiny it makes entertaining hard…I always get stuck sitting on the floor at the coffee table.

I like this home. I’d do a traditional island because our family would need more seating. The master bathroom looks kind of tight and the closet a bit small. I probably need to get real and get rid of all my “skinny” clothes that I’ll never fit in again! 😂 Also, I like a separate water closet. Having a basement, garage, and a huge deck on the back may make up for the master bath issue….Great tour Chance! Thanks!

Really like the exterior colors of the siding and windows. They should’ve used it on the interior doors as they did with the cabinets. It would’ve been a nice contrast to the white trim. I like the foyer, but disappointed there was no coat closet or laundry sink. I’m surprised you didn’t mention the wine fridge. I'd say eliminate the bench seating altogether. The storage is a nice idea but if you have to move your table everytime you want to get to it, it's gonna get old fast. I also hate a sink on the island. I'd rather have the stove there. I do love the sink though. I also love the coffee bar area. I'd also bump out the wall at the entrance where the cabinet is with the round mirror about the width of that long table with the lamp on it and turn that into a coat closet instead so there's place for people to hang them up when the come in the door. That space with the table isn't really doing anything. The secondary bathroom is really nice. The bedrooms are decent except the master. Don't like that at all. Overall it's not bad, but I would definitely change somethings.
