Was the molly raid scripted why would there be a green keylock on that you could take off?

I'm not sure which molly raid you are referring to, but most likely they were a group, so one of the teammates locked the TC then when his teammates made it to base he just unlocked it so they have access. Then never replaced the key lock with a code lock.
