Norfolk is carved up between the aristocracy, including the King, foreign aristocrats such as Count Luca Padilla and agri-business. Small farmers are at the mercy of the massive corporations called supermarkets. However, it would seem that every business is a special case when it comes to tax, but the burden needs to be shared beyond the PAYE worker. I would like to see the government take on tax avoidance.
