I actually found out from the uploader's other Depeche mode music video, it's Yoshitaka Amano's "1001 Nights" With animation director Mike Smith and Music composer David Newman It's a short film you can find uploaded here on KZbin! If you want more context About the project, I recommend just searching the film on your web browser and reading some blog reviews about how this project started and took off as it's interesting!
