Ay fellas dope reaction. Not sure if yall saw Julius mention it, this, but he briefly mentioned Conrads backstory at the end. Before Conrad was sealed, his wife and magic knights squad was set-up and slaughtered by the same royals that framed Asta since he was a peasant, just because Conrad was trying to eliminate discrimination and create an equal society. So he pretty much went mad, and felt this was the only way the kingdom would change since they did similar things to the wizard kings of the past. Pretty much all of the wizard kings you saw wanted to create a better world like Asta without discrimination, but after they were frame and had their loved ones killed by the same kingdom they were trying to protect, they died with a vendetta. Here are the quick backstories to know the Wizard Kings better that was in the light novel for the movie, wasn't shown in the movie if yall are interested: First is Conrad. Conrad Leto was from a noble family but he was shunned for his magic.. "They" said his key magic is a thief's magic.. Fast forward, he became a magic knight and became a captain of a squad named White Serpent.. He married his vice captain which is a peasant from the forsaken realm like Asta.. But nobles and royals still didn't like him until he gain enough merit recognized by the public and was crowned as the 27th Wizard King.. During this time, he did what a Wizard King will do. He tried to create an equal world but ultimately failed. One day, his squad was given a mission but turns out it was a trap made by royals. His wife and his whole squad was killed. Leaving him in absolute despair. That's when he decided to change the world by rebuilding it... And the rest is history... Next, is Princia Funnybunny. She also came from a noble family who were leaving peacefully with it's people. They live in a rich land but the Royals want it for themselves. Because of the harassment to her family, she decided to become a Magic Knight to protect them. Eventually gaining merits to become a captain and becoming the 11th Wizard King or Queen... Then there comes the war with the Diamond Kingdom. She was send to the front line and completely destroyed the enemy. On the other hand, her family and people was taken hostage by the enemy but this truth was hidden from her because they don't want her to leave the front line. After learning the truth, she was enraged and kill everyone. Her title was strip and she was jailed with her magic being sealed. Eventually, the village where she was jailed were attacked by an enemy where she died. Next is Jester Garandos... Like others, he was from a prestigious noble family. He became a magic knight and also gain two friends. Raid and Tenor both from a poor standing. One day, Tenor's village was raided by the Diamond Kingdom but the royals disregard it. And since he's a magic knight, he tried to save them but failed on saving his friend's life. Eventually, he became the 16th Wizard King. His friend village was attack again but it turns out to be a trap. And it was revealed that is was staged by his other friend who turns out to be a spy. To prevent future tragedies like this, he tried to conquer all for kingdoms but royals conspired against him and eventually killing him. Lastly is Edward Avalanche which was also from a noble family. Upon seeing the hardships of the people without Magical abilities, he was deeply move. He became a priest and devoted his life in an orphanage. Everything is peaceful.... Until it wasn't. Their village was attacked by the one and only Diamond Kingdom where all the orphans died. He soon became a Magic Knight and eventually became the 20th Wizard King. Like the other wizard kings, he wants get rid of the social division in the kingdom. But again, the Royals and nobles are against it. He was stripped on his title and lead a resistance again the kingdom. But eventually was captured and executed. So that’s pretty much why the wizard kings wanted to destroy the kingdom to eradicate discrimination. Lastly is Edward Avalanche which was also from a noble family. Upon seeing the hardships of the people without Magical abilities, he was deeply move. He became a priest and devoted his life in an orphanage. Everything is peaceful.... Until it wasn't. Their village was attacked by the one and only Diamond Kingdom where all the orphans died. He soon became a Magic Knight and eventually became the 20th Wizard King. Like the other wizard kings, he wants get rid of the social division in the kingdom. But again, the Royals and nobles are against it. He was stripped on his title and lead a resistance again the kingdom. But eventually was captured and executed. In the beginning they said they had their statuses revoked, well they had their statuses revoked because they tried to break the status quo initially and then rebelled. Also this isn't the first time the Clover Kingdom royalty killed innocence, they ambushed the elf tribe and slaughtered them + their own daughter 500 years ago, so this pretty much tells us the royals have been up to no good for 500 years. Julius is tryin to achieve peace just like Conrad, but Conrads grief and anger made him go insane, hence the movie.

it was funny hearing the dude on the far right say Princia power wasnt her own when it indeed was lmao Edward and Princia were fighting using their raw power cuz they were teleported to far locations.
