I legit watched the whole series like 2 weeks ago pretty good sadly netflix forced them to use weird cgi a lot way better than baki cause they focus on the fighting not the weird baki “im the alpha shit” like when that dude pisses on him

Kengan was inspired by Baki. Both authors are actual martial artists. Baki makes you go batshit insane and just wanna fucking fight. It's like pure testosterone. Kengan makes you wanna workout and learn martial arts.

I started learning boxing because of Ohma (dude just wants to throw hands with everyone) and Kaolan (because I love his story on mixing 2 MAs to compensate with the other's weaknesses). Muay thai will come later when I'm established in boxing and can actually fight with it
