In India, Government servants thinks that they are rulers of the public and they can misbehave with people. Such behavior is very common in ang office if India. There is no customer service or service attitude in them. They should be trained and undesirables must be eliminated. They may lear the civic etiquette from any Wester country or Africa.

Same happened with my mom due to negligence of MC I lost my mom on 25 June 2022.... She was going to the market in the midway one pickup person taking a turn and my mom took the support of grill and the grill was not properly fixed and my mother fell 25-30 feet down and stone hit her head and she was dead on the spot..... From where my mother fell that construction completed 3-4 weeks back only ..

If this was to happen in my place, we would take legal action against the vendor responsible for repairing the roads. It happened once to a motorcyclist n he came to us n we sued the vendor responsible. He quickly repaired it n compensated the poor guy!
