Pet peeve…. When they don’t have things priced and then have to explain why it’s so expensive…. lol just price your stuff or just tell me what you want for it. Sometimes people are still attached to their stuff and maybe are not ready for a yard sale?

@@maryreed3841 It's not taking advantage of someone at all, the person who may have bought the item at $2.00 and it's worth $400.00 is simply just them benefiting of of the sellers lack of knowledge, if I was the seller and priced a $400 item at $2, and found out it was worth that much later, I would just be upset that I didn't research that item and learn from it.

I want to do an escape room SO bad..........someday! Kayla, GIRL......Im telling ya, I went to garage sales last weekend and this one sale: I told her " you NEED a reseller!" (Ive strongly considered but, I suffer from adult ADD and it wouldnt be good!) She had vintage stuff CHEAP! In original pkg she had Lincoln Logs for $3 looked all there or mostly there, an older Spirograph in box......on and on! My Mama grabbed a gallon ziplock bags of OLD 60s/70s homemade dolly clothes for my 3 and 4 year old granddaughters for $3! You would have been in HEAVEN!

At your first sale you walked past a deep purple fish vase, they are worth getting if they are the older ones as they go for quite a bit of money known in UK as a gulping fish as it makes that noise when you pour water out of it

Quick question: your listed photos now seem to include a hand holding the item and what looks to be a backyard (maybe it has always been that way and I just noticed?). I know the white background is no longer totally necessary but curious to hear if you've been able to identify an increase or change in sales that can be attributed to the photos. @@AlwaysSharon This is just untrue. He now lives in a different area. Different areas have different style items. She tells him all the time when he finds games, t shirts, etc that that is his thing. When it is items he knows about he grabs. I have absolutely loved watching him learn from her and how they now have their own niche together of trinkies (trinkets). They are both coming into their own style of picking as a couple in a new area. I love it! I also love how they talk things out now because it teaches me. Plus a week or so ago he went through a whole bin of purses on his own and she complimented how good he did.
