Matt, i have a challenge for you! An isaac character that can't shot tears, don't use Orbitals and is not allowed to use bombs in battle. Contact dmg is fine. you're target is Dogma! The only way he can deal dmg is throu a new active item like blue candle, (1 charge and recharge during rooms) but! this active item do random Active item effects, from all the active items pool :) idk if this item exist but im sure you know alot of good modders that can do that :) you can Gulp! the no Trinket and you can give yourself Chaos at the beginning.
