It’s the item as the Fateful Cutters, used to pull on the gacha. HOWEVER, it increases the rarity for MF and DLDC by 0.3% so… it’s not exactly something I’d be going for unless you’re horrendously desperate like me (because I have no friends to complete the friends mission for)
