This New GTA Mission Is One Of The Worst And Most Complicated I Have Ever Seen! 20 Min For 1 Crate!

Me reacting to a new mission that was added as part of the Criminal Enterprises DLC. This new mission is a random crate sourcing mission from Lupe and its really bad. The mission is way to complicated and can take 20 min for something that should only take a few min.

It would've been better as a Contact-Mission. Lets say, Martin had some sorta shipment of...Illegal shit idk, doesn't matter, point is the ship went down so now he's hiring the player to retrieve said item before another crew or the Feds get to it. After getting the item from the wreckage, you take it to a drop point while trying not to get shot. Martin gets his illegal shit while we get cold hard Cash 💸. Instead they made it into a Crate mission...(sigh)

this missions is more of a auto shop contract : setup 1 : satchel charges setup 2 : offshore location finale : the navial assault when you need to steal the valuables and delivver them to the buyer for lets say between 150k to 180k. AND NO ONE WOULD HAVE COMPLAINED

1.first preparation : explosives : we steal charges from merryweather in the merryweather hq /the biker clubhouse near the diamond casino/ the military from fort zancudo. 2.Second preperation : Coordinates of where this operation will take place: we have to come to a certain location to find a list (maybe somewhere near the sea, I don’t know) kill (classic) a bunch of merryweather guards to take their notebook or clipboard that will tell us where and when this navial operation will go. 3.The finale : we drive in the morning (attracts less attention) on our tuners to the location where the mission will take place (the sea near the chumash, the alamo sea, or in paleto bay) we get here and kill everyone, dive under the water, blow up all the boxes and take the loot and along the way more boats will spawn on us, so as the buzzards and Jeeps with angry mercenaries , we pick up all the stuff, we get into our car and fly at speed of light to the buyer, the merceneries chasing us, some upbeat power metlal is playing on the background and it's all looking as badass as its sounds. I know rockstar will never add this but hey , it was worth a try :)

best way to avoid this stupid mission is just let your staff source the cargo so if u get lucky and get 3 crates youve payed 7500 rather than 18000 id rather just pay 7500 for crates now sure youre paying more to b unfortunate to get 1 crate at random when u pay 5000 i think it is from the office but i dont mind paying a bit more as u dont have to do any type of mission whatsoever

This mission is a combination of everything that is horrendously programed in GTAO. For me the biggest pain is the laser accuracy hostile NPC's have since they got reprogrammed, can't remember which but they've been lethal since one of the first updates. The best example of this is the car sourcing mission were you have to either steal the keys or do a stunt, where if you are discovered they send a chopper after you with GI Joes that can put bullets between minimally sized windows in the case of supercars and bleed you dry if you have no armor or snacks.

The ones we get can only shoot straight forward, but the NPC ones have a much wider angle they can shoot... on one of the new ULP missions I got killed by bullets that left the barrel at a 90 degree angle! It was so ridiculous I had to upload it to my channel.

This is something Rockstar does in order to slow down grinders. Now that you can do crates in invite lobbies, they needed a way to slow people down grinding them to encourage shark card sales. Same reason why they left it so you can't launch source cargo missions for any businesses from terrorbyte in invite lobbies. They also did this with the Cayo Perico source weapons mission where you have to follow merryweather across the map. It's purely done to slow you down making money in game. They overlooked one thing though, which is that instead of using terrorbyte to source crates, just switch invite lobbies to spawn back in your office to launch next mission.

My best advice for this mission is equipping the scuba suit when you are out of the office and use the Toreador. Don’t even go to the checkpoint with the rebreathers, just a bit to the left and it will put you in the area with the containers. Stay underwater with the Toreador until you’re well away from the area. Once you’re clear just boost and the buzzards won’t keep up. I don’t hate the mission but I do believe is a bit too much work.

It's not that bad honestly. You just need to use a few tricks to help yourself. First, equip the scuba suit before picking the charges up. Second, use a Deluxo or Toreador to counter those aimbot helicopters. If you spin the Deluxo a few meters above water and jump out, it'll float right above you. Upon entering, you'll instantly warp inside. I find this mission pretty refreshing, compared to the mindless back and forth flying, most loose crate gathering consist of.

Also keep in mind, that if you max the payout out (selling full large warehouses on 2x events in 20+ player lobbies), those 3 crates are worth 180k. 162k, after cost deduction. I've seen worse payouts

I think this may have actually been some of the "listening to your feedback" Rockstar talked about in their Newswire. I'm sure a lot of people complained that existing crate missions were boring and repetitive, and wanted something more involved and interesting...so Rockstar did this overly complicated and difficult mission to "give the people what they want". As usual they're tone-deaf to what the fans try to tell them.

I found the good way to avoid any of Lupe's missions: 1. You need to be in a public session 2. Source special cargo from your own Terrorbyte all the time. Don't use office computer or master control terminal or one of her nissions will randomly trigger.

Go to hookies , go to del perro, go to mirror mark, etc are always guaranteed to be this mission. When it says collect the stuff its guaranteed to be an OG mission. If it says go to the autoshop it will be the 2nd new mission. I personally have completed this missions 7 times now. I found out the best way to complete it is put on a scuba suit before the duffelbag and go in a stromberg. I dont recommend the toreador because choppers will spawn with better aim then normal and will laser you trough the glass roof of the toreador. The strongberg has a closed roof but i still had to eat alot of snacks during my runs. I personally recommend leaving, but if you really want to save the money, this is my little personal guide for you all :)

This reminds me of when you do vehicle cargo, the game will tell you how the mission difficulty will scale based on the vehicle's value but you'll still get a frustrating mission with a standard classes vehicle. At that point, just destroy the vehicle with my buzzard and have a do-over.

You can equip the scuba suit before the duffel bag. you do not have to collect the rebreathers. I’d recommend using the oppressor MK 2 to get around quicker.

Yeah but you have to leave it on the beach so it's there when you resurface, but the damn helis kill you before you have a chance to get to it and then you can't get back to it unless you kill them all first because you respawn too far away. So annoying.

Totally agree. The Del Perro version is also very long. Moreover, not only it's very long, but it's also super frequent. I keep getting it like one in every five missions I start. Blatant f*** you to its users from Rockstar. They do it on purpose, because you don't make a 20 minute long mission accidentally. Made Special Cargo completely unplayable due to the high chances to get this particular mission. Special Cargo was a good filler business. The longest mission was 7 minutes long, and that was perfect to do in between other things. Now it's just trash.

This mission is so tedious. The first time I did it as soon is I had the valuables and went do get on the jet ski I got killed immediately. Once I got to shore I got spawn killed 6 times! There was 3 helicopters and every time I took one out more would spawn in. Not sure what rockstar was thinking

I'm seriously having PTSD from this mission. I've watched this video before the mission happened but it never truly sunk in until I drew this mission last night. My God the frustration!!! 1. Put the Charges, Breather, and Containers in the same place. Near Vespucci Beach or Chumash at least. 1.1 - Let us use (Toreador) missiles as an alternative to the Stachel Charges (Or better yet, spawn a Toreador instead of Breathers). 2. Put the safehouse in LS, near Vespucci or Backlot 3. Remove the Turret and Reduce the number of Helicopters. 4. Spawn this mission only when sourcing 3 crates. There we go Rockstar, it's a decent mission now.

played this mission earlier today, what a trainwreck. I'm not the best at this game but if I didn't have an armored kuruma it would've been impossible. I died 10-15 times trying to get back to shore because those laser accurate omnipotent snipers in the helis shredded me in full health and armor in 2-3 seconds when I was still at the bottom of the ocean.

It doesn’t let you access accessories because to prevent duffel bag save outfit glitch to equipped a rebreather when you go under the water it tells you to click right on the d pad if you have one and if you were wearing your current outfit before starting the mission you can equipped your scuba outfit before starting the mission

Hmm... I wonder if you can use Kosatka as a safety net when you are done with crates underwater(enter the sub from bottom), blowing up those choppers with guided missiles and then exit with sparrow. If it works its pretty overkill for crate sourcing mission :D EDIT: You can't enter Kosatka after you picked up those valuables, there goes my epic plan :(

This is the reason why I never wanted old Content to get updated, I use to grind CEO crates every time to fill my warehouses up to 75 crates and then get all 5 to 111 crates and sell them at 2X money, I know people always told me do Cayo Perico it’s better for money. But I just grinded Crates because I loved how simple and fast it was, and It was fun to park your Terrorbyte outside your Crate Warehouse and use MK2 to easily do the mission objective, and I also loved that the missions took only place in Los Santos or slightly north of the city, It never took place in north (as longest it was a find crate vehicle and it drove north). So with this mission it’s finally the end for me, And I have to find a new session every time I get this supply mission,

Speaking of 20min mission, i recently play one of nightclub mission that involved with customer when your bouncer message you. I recommend AVOID the icon man shape mission than the dot one because idk how much it have doing that mission but one of the mission involve you send VIP to the hospital...... at FAR AWAY. It's a reuse Ms.Baker Phone mission but even worse. Not only you drive very long, but you have to drive slow or else they get spooked and the spooked meter doesn't go down slowly, it remain there either manage reach there or got waste of time. So yeah avoid that type than do the easy one, throw out the drunker

No. You cannot equip the scuba suit AT ALL. Why the hell is it sold for so much if I can't even use it absolutely anywhere and any time i please including missions? The helicopters coming after you once you pick up the valuables actually shoot you well before you reach the surface if you try to ascend to it. And like you said the fact that they can track you when underwater where you are supposed to be safe, is ridiculous. inside deep water is exactly where I hardly have any chance at fighting back against anything let alone helicopters. Rockstar is gonna make me bring my goddamn APC out for these.

This is why prefer going to each of my warehouses and ask the npcs to gather crates for me. Such a lifesaving feature. I know, only once per 48 minutes but still, I can carry on with my other stuff. I wish there was a feature when I call Lupe, I could ask for each of the workers source crates by just that phone call.

duffle bag is a blacklisted item so when you have one you cant really customize your character i forgot how you get it off really but i think its easy way out but yeah rockstar just blacklisted so many items like cop belt and badges and duffle bags because they’re so bad at making cosmetics so they take out the cool ones

This was the 1st Mission Lupe gave me after the Update. I was just checking out the new Content & Unfortunately got this Mission 1st go at it... Guess it wasn't too bad considering some of the other Missions across the whole of GTA can be Absolutely Ridiculous! A little Trick I learned with the Heli's in any mission is to Down 1 and take out the Gunner's in the other to leave just the one with no Gunner's Shooting at you.

I just completed this mission and my blood was boiling. Since it was my first time seeing this mission I decided I would try it. Jumped in the water without rebreathers and died. Got into my toredor but had to get out to get the valuables. Once I surfaced, the two helicopters just shredded me in the toredor. Spawned in shallow water so I was too far from the main road to get a decent vehicle spawn. Fought 6 helis and died 4 times. Then had to do a drive a shame before the idiot called and said everything went as planned and that I would have to drop off the goods at the warehouse. You work for me you rat? Wont be running crates for a while.
