VLC tip: If hold down the shift key with the left and right arrow keys it rewinds/forwards three seconds. It will help with the opening cycling through the contestants.

An even better idea is to just change the amount of seconds the left/right arrow jumps, so it is 3 seconds now, instead of 10. Settings--> Show All --> Interface --> Hotkey Settings -> Change the "Short jump length" value to 3.

In this case, it's Dominique Wilkins, who at the time this episode was taped, had recently played for the Los Angeles Clippers, but by the time it aired, he had signed with the Boston Celtics. Of course, he's best known for his time with the Atlanta Hawks.

I agree, I feel like true dud 3rd should be like shooting the moon in hearts. Essentially, Jimmy was forced to make trades trying to get points to catch up and now will get shafted with dud 3rds and likely lose any chance for a comeback. Would much rather have all 3 competitors have a shot down the stretch.

Here's some fun psychology for you, brought to us by that "Half Time show". This is the third (possibly fourth?) installment of this half-time talk-and-recap segment. In the previous episodes, Mo has been made to sit on a bench (or piece of obstacle course equipment) next to Mike, who was always standing. Having them staged in the frame like this makes perfect sense in terms of camera-capture and eyelines, but it's also just as easy to sit everybody down together, as this installment of the Half-Time show clearly shows. It makes me laugh to think of Mike, suddenly being the middle-tall in a trio instead of just the tall of the duo. Big basketball player shows up, and suddenly Mike would've been like, "Hey, howsabout we all just sit down!" Stay in school kids. Don't be me.

Episode 5 Recap Draft Order #1 Joezack - Bill Poole (Purple) #2 Jakev - Kelly Bernard (Red) #3 Jimmy - Chris Powell (Blue) Powerhouse Preppy Chris takes down the Rebound victory, whilst Kelly flopped and crashed her way to nothing. Then I have déjà vu as Jakes eats some meat. In Extreme Baseball, which has absolutely nothing to do with baseball other than they slide onto a giant pillowy home plate, Kelly shows some hustle that she left in the last event and takes the win by half a second over Bill. ***TRADE ALERT*** Can we have trades in back-to-back episodes? (Boring half-time show interlude). Yes, we can. And the trade is that Team Joezack gets the 2nd pick next episode and Team Jimmy is now the 3rd pick and I believe Team Joezack also has Team Jakev’s reset pick; however, that wasn’t entirely clear. It looks like Team Jimmy does not want any responsibility in the draft and will sit back and take the leftovers the rest of the season. ***END ALERT*** Team Jimmy and Team Joezack trade players and then both lock in 1st for CYS. This is exhilarating game play. Team Jimmy wins the Skurfin’ Safari event, wins his CYS bonus point, and wins the trade. While Team Joezack takes all of Team Jakev’s penalties and has some of his own. Then, Team Jakev locks in 2nd for his CYS in Shoot Out, but he loses out as we have the ultimate sister-kissing result. We go into the Mega Crag with every competitor having a chance. Then, we see smoke, falling kids, confusion, missed actuators, and in the end Kelly somehow scales the gray atrocity to win the episode; and Chris, poor Powerhouse Chris, just doesn’t have the arm strength to climb the wall and breaks Team Joezack’s heart. Episode Results #1 Jakev - Kelly Bernard (Red) - 1625 (+4) #2 Jimmy - Bill Poole (Purple) - 1550 (+4) #3 Joezack - Chris Powell (Blue) - 1175 (+1) Current Standings #1 Jakev - 18 points #2 Joezack - 17* points #3 Jimmy - 12 points Do we have dissension in the ranks of Team Joezack? Zack clearly was the mastermind behind the trade with Team Jimmy this ep and it failed miserably. Joez was visibly upset, almost as much as if he had received a skunking in the Warehouse Cup. They lose the top spot to Team Jakev, while Team Jimmy still sits far behind even after his trade fleecing, though with no draft capital.
