I wish this was a new series for you. Could have had a points system like Guts. 1 pt for each correct medium baggage. If you don't get all 3 correct, getting the rejected one correct gives you a bonus point 1 pt for guessing the correct picked contestant 1 pt for guessing the correct main persons baggage 1 pt for guessing if the winning contestant accepts the main contestants baggage or not. 6 pts possible each episode If you bring this back for more seasons, I suggest doing something like this

The only time it's worth trading down, is if you think your player has a chance of falling apart. Otherwise, you can't pass up the points. Gaining a 1 pick by trading away a first place is never worth it, because the most you're going to get is a first place finish.

I wish some engineer or architect would analyse the 3 crag lanes to see if they really are identical. Is the red crag more difficult because it has no edge? Is the wall harder to climb? I feel like reading a thesis on the subject.

I would like to propose a new format, which would move the draft process to fall after the 2nd event. Here's how it would work: Since the initial draft process is basically a lottery pick based off the Guts players' run out, and not a pick based off of a given player's previous performances, the Jomboy players would begin a rotation based off the Guts players' jersey color. New episode, new color rotation assigned to the Jomboys. Then, after the completion of the 2nd event, the Jomboys can use their draft picks, this time with the ability to see the Guts players' performance, and not just their run out. This would make the draft picks more valuable but also eliminate the need for trades. A trade round after the 3rd event could be interesting, too, but that might be incorporating too many gimmicks.

The biggest flaw with their new scoring system is that it removes most of the drama from situations where the crag can flip 2nd/3rd. Because if it does it usually just means that 3rd place gets the same score as 2nd because 3rd gets a bonus point for getting to 1000.

The fact that this whole series started based on Joez and Zach hating being stuck with the 3rd pick every episode and they are considered the best 3rd picking team, lol.

As a fan of board games, this "reset" mechanic is great. It keeps the season competitive so that the possibility of a runaway winner is minimized. Along with all of the other bonus points that have been introduced, this has been the most engaging, strategic, and balanced season yet. Of course, it's not perfect, but it's getting damn near close.
