Going rylais then malignance is crazy strong, any extended fight could be turned with ult.

I think the play is to sit on Tear, rush liandries into rylais/riftmaker/cosmic, then finish archangels last or just sell the tear for something else. I really don't think malignance is worth the slot despite being the most fun looking item to me personally.

It's Good but is champ dependent, Champs that are really dependent of the ult, such as teemo, malzahar, karthus, cuz It also gives 20 ability haste to R, and it's the best item If you also need mana

Yeah, MaligMance might look good on paper, but in reality it just does next to nothing, when compared to other options. Liandry's or Riftmaker are better for damage and survivability, while cosmic drive, Ryali's and RoA are better utility or sustain. Malignance is a niche pick that can't actually satisfy the requirement, rarely needed and never enough.
