Love the master bath...love the square sinks and brushed nickel faucets! Love the fireplace and built in oven and stove...Love the kitchen backslash! I could see myself in this house if they replaced the carpeting with the same vinyl flooring!

I absolutely really the layout of this place! It has that farmhouse look, especially on the island. My favorite parts are before you walked into the place is the skirting around the bottom, different colors on the outside; inside, when you walked into the place is the flooring through out, the stoned fireplace, windows on either side, stand alone stove on the counter, in the utility room where you can hang your coats, etc., the closet in the master bedroom where the drawers are at, & the master bathroom; window above the tub, as well as above the kitchen sink.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I really like the base floor plan. That inset front door is really nice as is the front door itself. I have a thing for leaded glass doors. The window over the sink is really nice, Two things for sure I'd do are some drawer over on the island and lengthen the center wall to end in line with foyer wall. more furniture flexibility in the living room and more privacy to the guest bedrooms from the kitchen dining area. That would be good linen storage in the master closet. Really a nice idea. That master bath was really great. Just a doggone nice house as shown.

So long as I can have the changes made to the laundry/utility room and get the Windows in the living room to open and hopefully a traditional style fireplace I'd buy this home.

Like the style of windows in the living room but do want them to be able to open for airflow. The kitchen is great and the dining area is very good and living room space is very very good and even though I don't care for elongated electric fireplace's this one is the best looking but still would want a traditional style fireplace if offered. The only thing in laundry/utility room I don't like but I'm sure they can change is to have the Water heater in a easy access closet with a door.

The utility room is the best I've seen ever. Especially the size of the shelf to fold clothes. The bedrooms are good size. Nice bathroom for those bedrooms. Love master bedroom and master closet. Its a beautiful home. Love master bathroom with lighted mirrors. Love that the tile goes up to the ceiling. LOVE you son Cullen, he's just the cutest little giy.
