I don't know what my favorite thing is about this house. Almost everything. Never seen a tub and shower in the same space. Love that kitchen and dining area. Don't even talk about that out doors room. I could live out there.

Wow!!! This is an amazing house! I would make the deck into a four season room, here in the north, during the winter months, the plumbing would freeze and burst, flooding the outside bathroom and the outside bar area. Making it a 4 season room and getting heat to those areas will prevent this damage. I will share this one! And I believe I found my second dream house!

Hello Chance 👋 Love the floor plan and open floor space. Can't stand walls around everything. This is Awesome! 👍 Definitely a beautiful entertainment area inside and outside. Gotta love the 2 wood fireplaces and deck with half bath. The kitchen is wonderfully designed. Not all high up cabinets you need a step ladder to access. Plus the dream pantry is wonderful. I have 2 refrigerators but no space for side by side. I would only change the master bath and enclose the party deck. Such a beautiful set up. I'd love to see this floor plan with a second floor. Oooooo, Chance, thank you!!! THIS is the house & i knew it would be a Franklin bc they are just top notch as far as I am concerned. That kitchen is spectacular! Definitely a Cook's kitchen. Plenty of counter space. I could prepare meals, & also do home canning of vegetables, stock up on meats from the butcher, make homemade bread till the cow's come home!!! Love it. The kitchen is similiar layout to Franklin's "Brantley" home except it's at back of house instead of front like this one, but just awesome! Master bath exquisite. I would prefer a different color & style of tile, maybe the longer vertical, but this is just breathtaking. I could see a lot of family reunions & birthdays for my grandchildren celebrated on that back porch for sure....or a quiet night just for me. Absolutely THE dream home. Thanks so much for putting this up. Love it! God bless.

My husband and I owned appliance repair services and we repaired those huge refrigerators. There were. a few well known brands that specialized in them. The biggest problem was finding a kitchen with an opening big enough for them to fit. This master bath was almost identical to one we owned.....The bath tub was large enough that two of our children could "swim" in it. Awesome bathroom! Awesome home.

So much to like and appreciate about this home ❤ My favorite is the outdoor space, except for the see-thru door to the half-bath. My biggest objection in this expensive house is the tile in the giant shower enclosure. It looks filthy and dilapidated, like a grungy subway platform. I know it's clean and new, so why not look high-end instead?

The wet room in the main bath is even large enough for a wheelchair! If it was possible to put a ramp at the entry to that area it would be perfect. Very nice plan, lots of little extras and lovely back porch.

Great job chance! This house does have everything!! The kitchen does not stare you right in the face when you walk in and all the vents in the ceiling and not in the floor two of my favorite things. I guess the only thing and it’s not a big deal is no Not a big deal but a linen closet in the secondary bathroom

I love EVERYTHING about the home, the master bath is just how I want it. I love the bath and the shower inclosed like that and ABSOLUTELY LOVE the half bath on the back porch. This is my dream home. I'd have to build a covered slab for my vehicles off the laundry too. I saw this home and immediately said I bet Chance has done a video on this home, I looked it up and YES !! you did. Love the house, so many extras. I would have to have different tile in the main bathroom. The tile in this video just looks moldy. Love the two walk in closets in main bedroom suite, the vanity and the two sinks. The fireplaces, both in side and outside are beautiful. Love the built in bookshelves by the fireplace, and the open concept of the main living areas. The kitchen is magnificent, although one refrigerator would be plenty for me.
