Major update to this OM Glastrier and Torkoal were banned Power items (brace, anklet etc), iron ball and macho brace were banned Giratina, Zacian and Zamazenta crowned were released. Move update Trick Room has been implemented to turn off the OM's effect for 4 turns (I believe that is how long TR lasts)

Joey didn’t make an intro for this video, so I will Trick room is a move in pokemon that twists the dimensions of a battle making it so that slower pokemon move first before faster pokemon. Trick room normally lasts for only five turns, but in the other metagame twisted dimensions, it’s permanent. In this meta, slower bulkier pokemon like ursaluna and ting lu are harder to beat, and slower wall breakers like glastrier, crawdaunt and azumarill have no switch ins. Today we will be using an Iron Ball Slowking to make him the slowest king. Lets see how it does 🗣️

I think the realization you made here - base 55 is just too fast - is part of why OMs are made, and this one is all about how predictable or not Trick Room is. Sure, maxing out at 229 might be too slow to outrun a lot of attackers in normal format, but when everybody knows in advance that there's perma-TR, suddenly everybody is trying to out-slow each other and now minimum of 103 is too *fast*
