As eggs are cheap again these recipes using whole eggs are great. Chris tends to use much less of the egg white protein powder than others and that helps the cost come down!

Chris is awesome. I have watched several of his videos, and I have copied his recipes and printed them out so that I can try them as soon as I can get all the ingredients. I still need egg white powder and gelatin and maybe one or two other things. The recipes look amazing. I just tried his butter mayo and ranch recipes today, and they are really good. You two are awesome, too. You are fun to watch.

I have done his recipe and divided 2 large crust into 1/2 each for 4 halves and into freezer. Now I pull one out, put in toppings and baked in air fryer. Recipe is a bit involve to make but better and ready to go.

Don’t let the high temp worry you. That’s the way regular pizza is made. Start checking at 7-8 minutes to see if it’s done and pull it out when everything is melted and browned or not browned on top to your liking. Pizza is usually baked 700+ which is why home ovens won’t usually do a very good job. I promise the 525F (or 500F if that’s all your oven will go to) in the recipe will work and be helpful. Just begin checking it early so it doesn’t over bake and you’ll be great. 👍🏼

QUESTION??? Does the dough have an slick eggy texture on the tongue? I tried a keto crust from a pizza restaurant and I could easily tell that the crust was made with a lot of eggs👍🏽thank you so much for all that you two do! I have a set of Girl twins too and they are such a trip when they’re together 😁

If made correctly this won’t have that kind of texture. Part of the reason I par-bake and then too and rebake the pizza is to allow for the bread texture. The high temperature also crisps the crust properly, which is why regular pizza dough is normally bakes at such high temperatures (700+). Hope that helps. 😊

Okay..... So I made this tonight for my supper. I only made 1/2 recipe cause I wanted to make sure I liked it first and I don't have room in my freezer for extras. My consensus. It was good. I so thought it would be eggy but it wasn't and I was really hesitant to bake at 525 but I did as Chris directed and it turned out great. Thanks Emily and Sarah 🙂 I would have never tired this without your video doing it first. I bought the egg whites yesterday. I am gonna try Chris's mash taters next 😉 BTW....
