One of the best self-working effects I've ever seen as so many others are a little obvious that they're exactly that, self-working, whereas this just blew my mind. Look forward to performing it.

dude..... you have no idea how excited I am that you have done this tutorial! This was one of the first card tricks I learned 8 or so years ago, but had forgotten it after not performing it for the last 2-3 years. I have seriously spent so much time going through all of the old Magic Channels I used to watch from back then to try and find it with no luck, but now here it is, thank you so much, it was always one of my most favorite tricks to perform!! 🙏

When i go looking for the 4th card, i always say "I'm just going to go check there aren't any of the jokers in the pack". Its a legitimate thing to go check for, especially if if isn't your deck of cards you're using.

i love this trick, but instead of using "spelling" the card, i use the card value, because it will be more sense, first time i seen this trick, i keep telling my self, why should i spelling the card to get the number of card order?? a little bit strange.

Super...one thing I might do differently...is to put that one card on the table...the one you say is a future prediction...I'd make that the last card to turn over...really build up the anticipation. Yes or no?
@dowaliby111 ай бұрын
This is such a strong effect, but one thing I would do differently is to show the prediction last. I think that would make it even stronger. Just my opinion.

I done a version of this today with a person I support. On the last card reveal though, I held the small pack of cards, done a double lift to reveal a wrong card. I then asked the young man to rub one of the cards on the top, then revealed rhe correct forth card to him.

Is it suspicious if you put down say 3 or 4 cards in the first pile and then nothing till maybe the next 15 cards or more? I am not an experienced magician but I immediately smelled a rat with that move. Is there a way around this?

Fantastic trick. However you might confuse a few people as to when you do the trick you have a "four of clubs". Of course you count off four to begin. OK let me fast forward: When finding the cards you say, " let's use this four and you count four" : you do not spell it. What I am trying to imply is that suppose it was a 10 of clubs. When you turn the first card over you cannot say lets count 10...you must now spell it rather than count. Again I love this trick, just something I thought I should bring up. Again I repeat "Fantastic Trick? I just subscribed

@dakid10333 жыл бұрын
Great! Self-working but clever! I prefer do it with the value of the cards instead of the spelling (I don't like tricks that include spelling), if the first card is a 7 I pass seven cards, if it is an ace I pass one card, etc. Anyway a great trick!!
@gazlawrence36433 жыл бұрын
What do you do on the picture cards then? Or do you just recut the deck so a number card is always on the top?
@dakid10333 жыл бұрын
@@gazlawrence3643 In that case you can assign these values: J=11, Q=12, K=13, or assign 10 to the three picture cards. And in case that the second card appears before you reach the value, you can take out to the table as your prediction (instead of the third card) and continue counting to the next card

Hey, Sean - big fan of your work, and I love the channel. I'm posting this on a video that's two years old because I don't wanna seem like I'm trying to promote myself, so I'm just hoping your ceeator notifications are on so you'll see this. I'm doing a trick per day for all 366 days of 2024 to try to raise money for charity, but Im not really a magician. Anyway... I've watched a lot of your tutorials in my journey so far and they've helped me a ton, so I wanted to rhank you for that. Also, if you have a minute to spare, I was hoping you wouldn't mind taking a look at the short I posted yesterday and letting me know what you think, I put a pretty high value on your opinion. If you don't, I completely understand; I just figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Keep up the great work, I'm loving your videos.
