Making sure you adequately hydrated with electrolytes but also consuming protein to provide the body with amino acids to help with muscle recovery.

@@NurseSarahJeffries my wife and I take alot of herbs and magnesium. It's super important. I appreciated learning what all it does. I just knew it was a base line mineral the body has multiple uses for.

@@NurseSarahJeffries years. I take a Shaklee pack of supplements daily, has like 6 pills, it's called vitalizer gold. The magnesium tablet is 325 mg.

Magnesium glycinate as it’s easily absorbed and has calming properties on the nervous system. It’s naturally in many protein rich foods such as legumes. As always consult your doc you f taking a new vitamin! I’m only for education 😁👍🏻
