If I create a tunnel, i wake up with a numb and cold feeling in the pinky side of my hands, and I get pain in my thighs. I did a lot of tests to find the cause and once I stopped doing the tunnel the pain went away from those areas. Too bad because for the shoulders it was great. Any ideas about these issues?
