This guys hole in the way cafe in a freight entrance has zero people walk by each day, its hidden. It costs much less than that hot dog stand on the corner. People find out by word of mouth. It starts with the laborers and building employees that find out about the cafe in the freight entrance. All the delivery guys who use the freight. Next thing you know the word gets out. Genius idea.
