Hi there...so lastnight was my third night. After the first bath i felt somewhat tired like really sleepy. Lastnight i was so so tired, but more like a relaxed tiredness I've never felt before. I'm more calm and feel really good. I'm looking forward to my next step with my aura being clean and light.

It won't be as potent because the plants are dead. The energy is there but not alive. You can but it probably won't work as well as if you were working with the fresh plants.

Awesome!! For a while I felt as though I needed to do something/almost anything to remove "work" and see this bath isn't for that. I very recently made a brew that I use as a floor wash and a spray (I spray my body and air) with white/buffalo sage, sweet grass, cedar sage and paulo santo. After burning white sage from back to front, I mopped from front to back then sprayed myself. Would that be enough to remove their work? I can't tell yet.
