I am transitioning. 5 days we have vegan meals and now I realise that there's INSANE VARIETY in vegan way of life that is not only tasty but extremely healthy. When I ditched dairy, my body changed. No bloating no inflammation and I lost inches from my waist. Everything can be made healthier and tastier by veganising it. I don't compromise on taste so I have vegan icecream , vegan cheese and ofcourse the quintessential plant milk.
