The original video on NHK's official channel (Th TV station that aired this festival) has an intro to this performance where you can see OOR selecting submissions from all over Japan from 18 year olds. They hand picked 1000 young people and those youngsters were then practicing the song in groups for this performance. It gives me goosebumps no matter how many times I see it. :) I think OOR's absolute power (besides their music being really good and Taka being an incredible vocalist and frontman) lies in the fact that they *really* enjoy what they are doing, still, 20 years after creating the band. Their energy is unparallelled on stage.
