Motivation is really easy once you know how to motivate yourself, and there’s one habit that will make you motivated to do anything! After this motivational video you will feel amazing.
We all struggle with motivation from time to time, it’s not bad to admit this. But it is bad, to allow yourself to stay unmotivated. There are many people who talk about motivation as if it’s something that you get. But we have to realize, that motivation is just an emotion, and all emotions are transient, meaning they come and they go.
So you cannot rely on motivation, because it comes and it goes, and implementing this one habit will force you stay motivated forever!
Want to learn more about motivation? • This Simple Trick Will...

This video was inspired by a video that I made a long time ago. Millions of people saw this video and liked it.... I like this video too, but I was not 100% happy with it... In that video I talk about another "trick" that truly will make you motivated, but I'm not sure if it's the healthiest way to approach life. Feel free to watch my old video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZesgXxtgJ6hgZI Then come back here and tell me which perspective you think is better, I'm genuinely curious. Appreciate each and every one of you watching this video - many more to come in the future!

If you're depressed,: Start lifting, produce serotonin, boost your testosterone. This will give you an emotional boost to get the confidence and willpower you need to do things.

If there's one thing I wish I could make everyone try at least once it's strength-training in any way shape or form. I'm disabled and have chronic pain (heavily damaged hip, osteoarthritis, scoliosis) and lifting is the most enjoyable thing to me. I can only do machines and bench-press but it's the one time I get to be completely engaged with my body yet 'pain-free' (it's mostly me not registering pain through focus on muscle, movement, breathing.) I never expected to love it as much as I do, it's hard to even properly recover due to eagerness.

@@carla_coded Exactly the same thing; start lifting: produce serotonin to enhance your mood and reduce stress, build lean muscle for a stronger metabolism, gain strength for relatively small size increases often boosting confidence, improve balance, bone-health, athletic performance and reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, injury, back-pain and arthritis. You won't end up looking bulky or 'un-lady-like' unless you specifically train for it, lean down like crazy or use steroids. Simply put, it won't happen by accident.

I would simply like to thank you deeply for having published this video. In this period of quarantine where we are secluded in our homes and often feel as if we are missing out on so many experiences (being a teenager, the sense of emptiness is potentially even greater), it is incredibly important to appreciate not only what we have been deprived of, but also create stronger relationships with others and discover what and whom we truly value in our life. Thank you for having shared these uplifting words with the community!

Being stuck in the past can lead to depression, worrying about the future gives us anxiety. Be present and practice being grateful every day. If you've made bad mistakes or done things you're not proud of it doesn't mean you can't be a better person today, and evolve into an even better person tomorrow. All we have is right now! Be in awe of this wonderful world we live in, nobody knows everything about life, the whys, hows and what ifs - we're all just making it up as we go along, trying our best at life.

Alas. For when I died , I lived ; Didn't know this life was short-lived. Didn't plan that I was gonna die ; Didn't know I'll break every tie. Thought I was immortal , destined to live forever ; Thought I would be strong and young - here and ever after. But death the hated has finally found me ; There is time no more , no more roles to be. For here I am , dying , and nothing or nobody can stop it ; Death really sucks , it's like falling into an eternal pit. But yes , it is also peaceful , it makes me so calm ; It seems like there is finally no more strife , it acts like a balm. I wish I had smiled more , was more grateful for every little thing ; Wish I wasn't so ambitious , was more loving and caring. Wish I was more humane , wish I lived with love ; Wish I was worthy of my maker up above. But , alas.

Find your passion and work at it every single day, and I mean every single day. It will be hard in the beginning, but once you start seeing progress and results and you start fulfilling yourself from the inside it is the most empowering feeling ever. It will make your entire life so much more meaningful and will open many opportunities in the process. We are all here for a purpose, and passion is the feeling which guides you towards it! Don't give up, believe in yourself and you wont believe where you'll be in 5 years with consistent effort.

Thank you for creating and sharing this. It is very beautiful and very educating. We indeed need to be more grateful for everything we have. When I say everything, I am not talking about the material things but anything and everything than material things. This year, 2020 has been a challenge for all of us. I know, for some it's been more challenging than others. But I hope, whoever is reading this, things are changing for the better for you and your loved ones. These circumstances aren't permanent, they are temporary. Keep pushing forward, you will see the light soon. Always remind yourself in times of adversity that 'This too shall pass'. Try to stay positive and take care of yourself first, in order to take care of your loved ones. A big virtual hug to you.

Studying neurology and psychology has shown me words like this are meaningless to motivate someone. It comes down to genetics and environment. If you are born with a deficiency in producing neurochemicals such as epinephrine or dopamine you seriously affect motivation, anxiety and mood. One effect cascades on another as the world around you won't accept or understand how you are or tolerate it. It becomes exponentially difficult to be successful in life. Or if you are born with a social disorder like autism or ADHD in the wrong form. It can ruin your life. You can be the happiest most motivated with a super positively charged brain but if you have a low I.Q. you won't accomplish anything. Now luckily there are medications that can help with many conditions. I knew enough people that without medication they would sit in a dark room all day sleeping instead of making $100k a year doing a high tech job. I also know adults who were abused as children that clearly show that abuse in their everyday lives. They can't establish relationships with the opposite sex or workers. Some are brilliant and their intelligence supports them. Others are not so fortunate. It is hard to undo a childhood worth of trauma. I used to think that if you put your mind to things you could do anything. Sadly this is a lie. When considering every single variable in your life from your genetics, to good parents, to good food, a healthy environment, and a fairly high IQ to generate wealth at the end of a chain of 70 billion humans who suffered horribly in the last 200,000 years at a time of the greatest most exponential technological achievements in food, medicine, and knowledge...... well count yourself lucky to have all these variables line up. Be incredibly kind and considerate to those who were less fortunate than you. They didn't get so lucky. There is no speech by Tony Robbins that will bring a person out of a chemically induced depression. Only medication can.

This truth should be a comment under every motivation video. It bugs me when I hear people preach the “you can achieve anything” type speech and say stuff like “you have the same 24hrs as Bill Gates”. Genetics, socioeconomic background, education, IQ, upbringing, environment. They all shape a persons possibilities.
