Jake Valentine do you think if someone knows that you love him/her more than anything they will commit suicide knowing that it will destroy you forever ??
@JacobCantu15 жыл бұрын
@@bledard_podcast I firmly believe that when you enter the state of mind "suicidal" that you no longer have rational thoughts. You don't think about anything but the pain and how to get rid of it. If letting go is the only way, then you cannot focus on how the outcome will be for another person.
@bledard_podcast5 жыл бұрын
Jake Valentine I understand that perfectly and I agree with you on that but I am talking from the perspective of the one left here. The person that commits suicide thinks it’s the right thing to do but the one that is left here is left with pain, anger, love.

Shaq you're a man of the people brother. Thanks for spreading awareness about this. My grandpa and my uncle both left the world early under their terms. They don't realize that I'm sorry doesn't fill the hole they leave behind. You're a good man shaq.

The one scene in this that really sat with me is at the end of the second verse, when the pastor picks him up when he falls down I remember the first time seeing that scene balling my eyes out at that really hits home.

That’s exactly how I felt when my best friend took his own life overseas. And my dad when I was 15. I blamed myself for so long because I felt like it was my fault I wasn’t there. It caused me to carry a burden of regret and self doubt. Thank you for putting this reaction up really helped me look at some things!

Think of all the song requested worthy songs out there. I'm gonna be dead by the time he reacts to them all. Like I said in my original comment. We need him to react to Lupe Fiasco - Pu$$y (as a start). He hasn't reacted to any Lupe songs yet.
@ShiggyMomo5 жыл бұрын
@@SportsLuvr I have doubts that NLS actually takes requests. Been trying for a bit over a month straight to get him to react to 'Duality' by k-rino and yet nothing. I don't think he actually reads comments.

@SportsLuvr5 жыл бұрын
@@ShiggyMomo So when he says he saw a comment for a song that has (X amount of likes). You're sayin that's all a lie? Think about all the requests he gets a day on youtube, twitter, and instagram. That's why he does the most popular comments. He does read the comments cause he "likes, comment, and love" certain comments.

I feel this from both perspectives I occasionally feel suicidal but I often get mad at myself for feeling that way and a sense of frustration for how selfish the idea is of leaving all of the people that actually care about me in grief. Anxiety and paranoia makes you think that those people don’t care about you when they actually do and sometimes you can’t think clearly and it overwhelms your emotions too much you just stop thinking of all the things you have in your life and only think of the negativity and you begin to find ways to turn the positivity in your life in to something negative to feed in to your anxiety and depression, the sad part is you know and you want to tell people but you just don’t for some reason, you feel as though nobody gives a shit enough to listen and you keep to yourself trying to fight it back. It comes and goes constantly. I know I can speak for somebody right here.

I'm glad you shared this video cuz. I've never heard the song. I've had 3 close friends who did the unthinkable. 2 with guns and 1 with a rope. Its fu##in hard man. They were at different times back in the late 90s and early 2000s. I still think about them every day. I ain't gonna lie, I've even thought about joining them several times. Family keeps me from doing that, even though they don't even know. Much love man! Keep up the great work.
