Wow!! This is an incredible insight! 😢 It really puts a perspective on how mental abuse can be as traumatic as physical..you just can't see it.. Love to you Uncle Tom.❤ I've just had so many moments now where I look back on my life .& I was in a fog . & now the people in my life & how they have treated me.. really are making sense. Andrew, thank you for sharing your story of your Uncle Tom. It's very touching. We often don't know people's traumas, their experience and effects to the psyche. Some isolate, crawl into a shell within themselves, block out and some choose to speak upon, educate others and spread awareness. Thank you for educating and spreading awareness of narcissistic abuse and trauma. ❤️

Hi Andrew Your videos are a saving grace. You are a brave man to share your heartbreak and deep soul wound with us, who are likewise shattered and left for dead. Luckily, the people of good will can regenerate, move forward, heal and purify. I keep thinking what wasteful fools our partners were to have spent their time with us manipulating rather than loving. What a pathetic travesty of control. The worst crime of narcissists is their desecration of our gift of communion. Your channel restores our faith that community and communication are what love is about. It restores what was taken from us by these cowardly thieves of love. Thank you for your love! Much joy to you always! 💖

Thanks for helping those of us recovering from narcissistic abuse to realize that narcissistic abuse is just that, abuse, and not just a relationship that ‘went bad’. The damage from these encounters can run very deep, and require intense healing, including recovering of self-worth, strength, and confidence. Thank you again, Andrew, and bless you always.

Thank you for sharing this. Our experiences are very similar to war. When my whole experience starting unfolding that's exactly what I called it, I said the "war has begun" because that's what it felt like. And we suffer things like C-PTSD, mental struggles of all kinds, and even all the physical ailments our bodies went through due to the strain we were under. Our enemy was disguised as a loved one.

Yes, they think you should move on and we are,but they don't know what we went through, it takes time to recover, its not normal abuse, this is demonic abuse on a level you cannot understand till you go through it. It's absolutely impossible to understand it if you haven't gone through it.

Betrayal trauma physical emotional & spiritual warfare with a narcissist is something I will never totally get over. It’s hard for anyone to understand what I’ve been through so I suffered a lot in silence. I still do after 4 years now. We had a brief encounter a few months ago which has left me so disappointed in myself that I was triggered once again. Yes get strong & educated as they do try to come back to really destroy you. They have no remorse or compassion towards anyone. Using & taking is all they care about. Thank you for understanding & caring.

Andrew, I have cried more because of your channel than when I went through my divorce. I was stoic then. Yes, I am much like your Uncle Tom...I, too, don’t share my experiences with the narc. This channel has changed that...but my friends have no comprehension of narcissistic abuse and even my therapist didn’t believe much of what I told him...until the end. I know the wounds were deep...the scars have faded with time BUT it was warfare on every front. It took everything I had to survive...my health, my finances, my quality of life....my belief in humanity in general. Like Uncle Tom, I am not inclined to share. Those who know, know. Those who don’t wouldn’t belief me. Cheers to you and your Uncle Tom! Thank you for your messages of hope and healing! Love them! God bless you! ♥️🙏🏻🕯🦋🌼🌸🌷🌹

After I recover, transforming myself in the cocoon of healing I will emerge arise anew, emitting God’s brightness of love. I will not allow the narc to deminsh me. I choose to shine God’s healing light on others. God bless you Andrew, Uncle Tom and all the hurting. May you rebound healed in Hope Joy and Love. ✝️🙏🏻🕊️☀️😎🌸🦋🌳🌎❤️

Thank you for the time and energy it takes to share these videos. You've hit on many thoughts I've had while recovering, especially this one. For those who aren't Christian , God's word declares that we are in a war on this planet.. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. God also tells us how to prepare ourselves : Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. This is a spiritual war, we're unknowing participants. God bless

@EXPOSED. Algerian satanic narcissist. Bilal lakama The demons work with satan, they were once angels that chose to side with satan, that also once was an angel. I don't put a capital s on satan. I don't feel he deserves that. They chose to rebel against God. They know they have a short period of time. They definitely want to drag as many as they can away from God! That is what evil, jealous beings do! They know they are going down, so that means they want everyone else too! Plus they are trying to prove to God that He doesn't have any loyal worshipers.

My silence is hard for people to understand. The same words were said over and over so many times, they lost their meaning to me. I find myself speaking as little as possible. My silence is a gift for others and a self sentence for years of speaking too much. When I found myself in fight or flight, I fought with all I had. If I could go back and relive the most depressing moments, I would not have said one word. Without fighting and just left. Every second of fighting drained me of the energy I needed to make a change, and fuled the fire to be used against me. Silence is the only thing I can control. Thanks Andrew for sharing.

Things may damage the mind or even modify or destroy our lives and those of others, yet in all respect nothing can cripple the conscience or deliberately rewrite our memories. We carry on. Each day as host is our own changing battle for which is for us to maintain as with support by ample means the opportunity in freedom to make our own relative choices and concerns, wisely and with confidence though always with due effect. 🙏 Our given course in time. We elect not to scar others with our own wounds or traumas though many would do given to the chance to do so, however consciously or not.

Hello there! What I can't get over right now is how some that I considered my friends would allow me to get caught up in a relationship with a narcissistic person. I asked about the person before I got involved and my friends were all happy to go about getting us set up?? Why would they do that?? That hurts just as bad as the abuse from the narcissistic person...if not worse. Thankfully I was saved from that abusive relationship before it really got off and running. After only 3 weeks my eyes were opened as to the kind of person that I was dealing with and your videos helped me tremendously. Thank you again! God bless you and yours!

Usually the only people affected negatively by the narcissist are the ones who get close. Narcissist have and maintain only shallow, superficial friendships.so their friends may have no clue about the dark side of that person they won't ever get to really know the narcissist . The abuse happens to those Closest and it happens behind closed doors.

Because Narcs are shape shifters , chameleons , demons who can change and adapt to their environment, what you experience within the 4 walls of your house is nothing like what other people experience when they engage with the Narc. They can fake kindness, charity , sympathy and empathy and fool everyone. They watch how other people behave and act (including from TV shows) and they copy that , they have no sense of self or core value system of their own , it's all fake created to serve a purpose , get them supply so they can regulate themselves.

Thank you Andrew!💜💜💜 What a sad, but beautiful story. A true hero 💜💜💜 I am so grateful to have survived this hell, pretty much intact. Having to deal with my NARC right now is causing PTSD attacks. Which he takes full advantage of. Smug jerk! I am healing slowly, but until this human 🗑 is totally gone, the divorce is over, and I can go no contact, I will not be able to fully heal.

I understand his silence, fear and unknown reasoning why these events happened. One in a narcissist situation trains ourselves to accept and move on quietly. It’s our armor, uncomfortable as it is,blaming oneself out of frustration to understand??? There is a way out,a need to get out, once one accepts realization of occurring patterns of blame,… Wrongful blame of oneself, seeking a true vision which is so difficult when in a narcissistic situation, convinced it’s you! Once you look at yourself, which hasn’t occurred for awhile, the truth is there. Always has been, but avoided, numbed by someone, don’t allow another person’s control of you.

Thank you Andrew. I was fun loving, silly, and now I struggle with bitterness. I have PTSD from the screaming, mentally beating me down. No one, except maybe a lot of people on here, do not understand how I struggle to get out of bed. Extreme anxiety, depression, and nausea. I will never understand why this happened. My psychiatrist say he was an abuser but some days I wake up and hate myself. I ask myself what's wrong with me that I wasn't good enough. Others on here are farther along than me. You mentioned you are better after a year. I'm 2 years since and still cry like a baby on one day and the next day I feel better and the next day crying again💔

Some of us did survive narcissists who physically, brutally abused is, and our kids, and held guns to our heads. I got PTSD and CPTSD and had to just go on without stopping to process anything, because of having a child with severe autism. It has taken me years, and I am still healing. It was a war, which almost took the like of a police officer that came to help when I had to call 911. For some of us, Uncle Tom is more familiar than just a symbol. God bless him, and you, God bless all person's working on recovering from the damage of Narcissistic abuse.

I have been 5 years no contact, totally and completely no contact. It is the ONLY way to separate from this trauma. In my humble opinion and as a survivor, you have to take responsibility for the part you played in the relationship within a toxic relationship with a toxic person. You will simply never gain the radical acceptance and the closure you seek without taking responsibility. If you look at these individuals as parasites, vampires if you like, they have to be invited in. They have to be sustained by your supply. So, again, in my experience we play a part in sustaining their existence. At least with us. I was like you my friend. I tried to make sense of what actually had happened. I binge watched narc videos and was discerning in which were out for their own gain here on KZbin. I educated myself and I was a 55 year old professional woman when I ended the trauma. I am not a victim and I never was. I am a survivor of a relationship that I willingly took part in. God bless Andrew and greetings from Ireland, Anna

Having endured from 15-53; married 34. Three daughters and six grandchildren. I don’t think I can heal. I don’t believe in anyone or life; the excruciating trauma is beyond repair and hope. I am numb at times and weak. At my age no one hires. I am ashamed of investing myself to this monstrosity. I am lost.

Two brothers. One is an attorney, the other a murderer. How much is genetics and how much is environment? How much of either contributed? Interesting testimony. Sad that the good brother feels responsible for anything concerning his brother. False guilt. Coming from a toxic environment isn't the end of one's life. Nor are you responsible for being born in a hurricane. The past is not an excuse for the future. You can't save someone from them self. You do your best regardless of the choices of the family one comes from. Sometimes DNA doesn't spell family. It doesn't spell Little House on the Prairie or the Waltons. It is what it is and you have to make the best choices for yourself. Even if your siblings hate you for succeeding, while they intentionally make bad choices and still do. You may choose to finish school, go to college and work for a living. They chose a life of crime and criminal records. Many of us can relate to this. Remember, you're not the blame for being born in a hurricane. You can't always save others. Save yourself!!!

True, this is in medicine categorised as disease PTSD ( posttraumatic stress disorder ) and after war we had in Croatia a lot of people with this disorder. Experience with narcissists are totaly comparable with war experience. Narc survivors are some kind of "war" survivors.
