The Rellbrothers decided not to accept the deal n started changing models that can get copyrighted. Now Imagine a solo dev trying to get this license/permission it's just impossible and also the Rellbrothers are one of the richest devices in Roblox lol

Also most devs don’t use terrain because they are lazy, I pretty much only see terrain in aot anime games (I came out a bit harsh here to developers who don’t use terrain but most of them don’t have much time to so they just focus on the scripting and animation aspects)
