Don’t take your car to the dealer, they will charge you a fee just to diagnose your car if they don’t fix it. And the fee is over $100. I had a bad starter button on my car, I knew,the part was $75 so I took it to the dealer think it would be about $200 to fix, NOPE they quoted me $500. I said no thank you but they made me pay a $150 diagnosis fee. I found a YT video where someone showed how to do it, I replaced the button in 5 minutes and it only cost me the $75 for the part. So with the cost of the dealer fee and part, I saved $275! I still take my car to the dealer for some things but I will always check to see if I can do it first.
