The government has to be more proactive in sending its professionals abroad, eliminate the expensive 3rd party (agency) in hiring process, cheaper loans for out going professionals instead of loan sharks, help nurses/doctors with internship by paying them descent stipend. The Philippines is massively dependent on the BPO industry with 9% of its GDP coming from there. When BPO specific AI is perfected and sandboxed it's going to wipe out the Philippines BPO industry. Overnight the Philippines unemployment will double and lose an entire segment of top wage earners that stimulate the rest of the economy. This will happen in the next two years while the condo oversupply is still going on and will exacerbate the real estate issues. The peso is headed for bad inflation.
