Contact NZXT Support and tell them what happened with the front grille. They should be able to drop you a replacement. They did for one I was building. Cheers!

I bought it open-box on a 3rd-party auction with no warranty - damages like that are rather common. But I got it for a small fraction of retail and it's now being used in my friend's personal build so it still went to good use. Thanks though!

12 vs. 24 Gb of Vram is already a thing to consider for some newer games. In the future and if DLSS etc. is used even more so. Data has to be interpreted and I think you lack the experience for doing that correctly. Don't know why your vids keep showing up - didn't want to comment at all and clicked don't rec. but here we are: You should learn a lot more about hardware and software. The systems you've built have may flaws and some even potential fire hazards (PSU i.e.). Sorry to to be harsh but all I'm seeing is greed for money - you even said you know the margin was too high on some deals. Without any Warranty besides some parts, even a pre-build from one of the bigger stores out there would be better. Please improve and don't just try to squeeze out as much as you can. At least put more effort into research and building practices. Nice optics and a good management only don't make good PCs.

I understand you don't want to watch my videos so I'm sorry if they keep showing up even when you click don't recommend. If you clicked don't recommend, it should stop recommending it, but I know youtube doesn't always seem to remember that. I've had that problem before myself. That's out of my control. As for the rest I am always open to criticism and improvement. For example this video is 3 months old and after several other people pointed the same things out as you, I re-evaluated the market for the first time in a while and lowered my pricing a good bit. So if there are "many flaws" in my systems, I would appreciate if you would direct me as to what these flaws are so that I can actually improve. However I can not think of a single "fire-hazard" PSU I've ever used in any of my videos. The absolute worst one I've ever used was a Segotep GM850 - B speculative. And I had personally used it for many months without issue, putting it in what is generally the safest zone of the bell curve when it comes to hardware failure rates. Far, far better than a lot of the PSUs that many of the very largest youtubers in the industry use and RECOMMEND; many of them are pairing high end GPUs with some random apevia psu that doesn't even have APFC. I would also appreciate it if you could show me how I am misinterpreting the data when it comes to the 4070 Ti vs 3090.

How much did you invest in your inventory?
@JackPCBuilds4 күн бұрын
Hard to come up with an exact number, I started out with around $700, added another thousand a little later and then just continuously reinvested everything with each build and worked my way up from there.

nice stuff I use to do this as a kid when pcs were more skilled/different to build / setup and get working (late 1980s early 1990s) so jumpers and manual setting up everything LOL. Not worth it to me today :)

Nice, obviously I’ve got no experience with hardware that old but I’m sure it was a much different experience
@steveharris92512 ай бұрын
Hey jack. Commenting on an old video. That 11 gb of vram you see that call of duty is using is just call of duty asking for it. It doesn't actually use that much. You would need some sort of engine software to see actual used.

You need to use an ai program to clip some shorts for you. Shorts gets the most traction right now you're content deserves more views. Also consider recording vert to get on the shorts page.
@JackPCBuilds3 ай бұрын
Thanks for the suggestion. I feel like my current content is not a very natural fit for splitting up into shorts yet if that makes sense. When I start to make informative videos however, that type of video would be much more naturally applicable to short-form in my opinion. Because each section of the video could be its own short and still make sense out of context. Waiting until then probably, but again, thank you for the suggestion, I always appreciate it

If you don’t mind what area do you live in. Those prices are pretty high at least where i am
@JackPCBuilds3 ай бұрын
I’d prefer to just say eastern US for now, not quite sure yet how I want to approach talking about that on youtube. On the prices, I would say if you were just looking for raw price to performance I would agree that they’re pretty high. You could do a 3080 build comfortably for $900 when building it yourself and specifically optimizing for price-to-performance. However, also remember that the pc was using higher quality components in other areas, like the case and cooler, rather than focusing soley on the performance parts. Build cost was around $1050 with the great deals I got on the cpu, aio, and case. At the time, the value of all of these parts at their average prices was about $1380. So $1500 was a little high if you take in the money spent in the other luxury areas, but I think that is typical when you buy a PC pre-assembled as opposed to building it yourself. This was also nearly 3 months ago. Since then, prices on many of these components have also fallen. But hope that makes some sense.

Hi, I'm starting to flip pcs, should I put amd cards ?
@JackPCBuildsАй бұрын
Hey, cool to hear! It all comes down to your own personal experience to be honest. Myself and many others struggle to sell PCs with amd cards, so I’d typically recommend just going with nvidia unless you get a really good deal. But if you find more success with them where you are then go with whatever works for you.

@JackPCBuilds2 ай бұрын
It’ll be a bit before this happens but behind the scenes I’m in the process of planning and scripting an entire series on stuff like that. Way more in depth than could be covered in just one video. And it’ll be a while before it’s all finalized and I actually start posting them, but I am working on it. If you’d like to help me a little bit with it feel free to leave another comment with any other things you might want to see covered. I’m looking to get as much content as possible to cram into those videos so any ideas are appreciated.
