Actually that the difference between a good anime style and a bad style. Anime is simplification of realistic drawing to make it easier to animated. It is not the discarding of all art rules and theory. Yes there some who aren't good. Like One's One punch man. But there some that are well designed. Like the Yusuke Murata's adaptation of One punch man. Actually a lot of time I find anime/manga artstyle more realistic than western animation especially American cartoons like fairy odds parents or Popeye.

Have you tried taping a piece of paper over your current tablet and use that with your stylus? I used to do that with my old Wacom Graphire 2 tablet because the tablet surface was super slippy. It does wear your nibs down slightly quicker but you get that tactile feeling of drawing on paper.

Heya! I want to give a bit of a warning about that; products like this are notorious for actually giving fairly unsteady/jittery lines on the digital side (you can see it in Jazza's, too, it shows especially in the face)--they've been around for probably near a decade now, and have gotten a lot better over time, but if you're looking for it to help your digital steadiness, this might not hit the mark! There are some great digital stabilizers available out there though that might be a great help; Lazy Nezumi is a big one! :)

This is a perfect representation of how I think my art would look better on paper as I'm adjusting to doing things digitally. I feel much better now having such a rough time adjusting - it's only been a week after all. This is a pretty nifty pen! I wish I could use it for my ipad.

I've always wanted something like this! So happy to see that it actually exists - time to start saving :)
@benjaminleyer25554 жыл бұрын
This looks like it would be fantastic for character design and playing with variation. Create your base model artwork and then just run alternatives through photoshop in a short amount of time and effort. As if I needed another reason to buy another gadget ...😏

This honestly seems like the coolest thing to me, i like regular drawing on paper because I get more accuracy and I like colouring and shading digitally because you can just keep messing around with it until you get a good result
@simulate26014 жыл бұрын
They should make a more refined higher quality version of this. I noticed the lines didn’t look as sharp and straight as the paper, the idea of drawing on paper and it also drawing on your computer is great though. I like drawing on paper more than tablets and something like this you can while still having access to the perks of digital art.

This was epic. I use a Wacom tablet, so no Scribo for me, but it seems awesome.

Great video Jazza, and great showing of the product! And in line with your recent worries of your channel; this felt 100% like a Jazza video! (Not to say all your videos should be like this, but your personality, vibe and drawing felt very comfortably YOU) Thanks for this!

@Kogami4 жыл бұрын
Intuos Paper? That existed a few years ago iirc but I think it only meant to work on a dedicated program (Wacom Inkspace)
@memecita4 жыл бұрын
Kogami Not that long ago. Intuos Pro paper editions came out 3 years ago and are still being sold today.
@Kogami4 жыл бұрын
@@memecita Ah, thanks for that. I know Jazza made a video on that with his older format so I got confused lol
@cmonstokeST44 жыл бұрын
Kogami it does work only with Inkspace but you can add layers, and export to various formats that could be imported to photoshop etc. Also you can take the intuos pro paper on a field trip say without the need for a PC as it gets saved to the tablets memory and syncs when you get back to your desk. And Jazza did review it 3 years ago. Wacom did release a clip board that also works similarly.

As a long time Jazza sub, it amazes me at how many apparently new subs this video got. Lots of people with no clue to the talent, or quirkiness that Jazza has. I do love the drawing/art videos the most and miss the draw with jazza channel, but it's good to chase your dreams and enjoy what you do. This pen seems pretty neat, could be a great way for a digital artist to work with a traditional artist.

@WorriedtheCircusDemon4 жыл бұрын
I think artwork looks better when it's sketchy and imperfect :) The digital was clean cut and sharp. The traditional had more of a texture to it with the streak lines of the pen, making it contrast. That's probably why it threw you off
@randomroadchhapreviews43964 жыл бұрын
Same.happens with me. I am new to pen tablet just 1 month before started . Yesterday I made a rough sketch then traced it with pen brush option in different layer. But when j looked at the only that layer removing the rough layer it had same problem. I don't know how to proceed doing line work better if I don't like the line work option. I think my next move will be drawing with thick lines let's see
