My PS3 died before I could platinum Lego Jurassic World. I am not planning on getting any PlayStation for a while due to all the exclusive that I wanted to play being put on Steam, so I bought a Nintendo switch instead. I have never platinumed a game, but the closest I have gotten was Jurassic World evolution 2, I think. Congratulations on the Platinum though.

i spend my time getting a hard or tedious platinum and than maybe grab a few easy ones, sometimes even a shovelware if it looks interesting to me and not overplayed, but it’s always just to continue the hunt while kind of dialing down from the hard grind, then it’s right back to it a few later. i enjoy it the best that way and could care less what others think of what i’ve got. but it’s much more rewarding to get that plat you’ve been working on for a while

The math just doesn't add up. Since the release date of PS3 to the day this vid was posted 6072 days passed, meaning he'd have to earn 30,338 trophies ON AVERAGE per day. Meaning some days he'd have to earn hundreds per day, because everyone sometimes has to take some days off and ofc not every day you can put in so many hours into anything. Not only that, but he'd have to buy tens of thousands of games, and even the process of buying them would take months straight and ofc he'd have to search, find and select games with fairly easy throphies which can be earned easily, and this reaserch for so many games would take endless hours. He probably used some fake games called "paid platinum" made only to earn trophies, like the "Stroke" series, where you only click one button endlessly and recieve a trophy every few seconds.

There are many easy and short platinums out there. Now I don't know anything about this player but if we assume he's got 5 minutes platinums (that's how long some shovelware games are) we will get around 35k minutes which is only 584 hours (a little more time than getting the platinum trophy for both gta 5 and rdr 2). So not the big numbers should be impressive about a trophy list but the actual games.
