As you explained this person, it can only be the one I known for 26yrs, working together for a few years back in 1994-97 - we met again in 2019 and there was immediately an attraction. But we never came together as a couple, as lovers. There was a 3rd party, I walked away from his friendship in Jan '21 and he died unexpectedly due to a sudden heart attack in April '21. He was my first and true love....I've waited for such a love for 4 decades and I'm now in my mid 60s (single & celibate with high morals & standards).... praying that God wil send me someone to grow old with.... He got involved with a karmic female...emailing each other all the time. This was not his first time or two or three... he's hidden other women. Or if he met someone he would tell me half truths covering his true intentions. He'd think I'd sit around and accept all this crap... A chosen one's love is complicated to understand because like you said, they are not like other people and your reactions to them will be different as such. There are times when he is in such a loner vibe and I don't feel like he focuses on me that much, when he gets mad at me he gets super very angry to the point where I feel like he doesn't like me, but at the same time he tells me I'm the only one he loves and thinks about and would never cheat on me. He doesn't spend much time with me physically but says he's around me spiritually. Being with a chosen one is not for the faint of heart and I'm surprised that God has tasked me with such a big trial. Although it is a relationship and I love him, it is also a daily struggle for me spiritually and also to understand him as a person. Because he has been through a lot, he is also depressed and suicidal. I try my best and sometimes feel its not good enough. I am by no means perfect, but I do try.
