That kid is already the 3rd-best QB the 49ers have ever had, and he will Montana Young *Purdy* Brodie Plunkett Kaepernick Smith Gabbert While Montana and Young are clearly the head of the 49ers’ historical class of QBs, they have had a nice list of QBs, and Purdy is certainly on the top half. For the record, Brody, Plunkett, Kaepernick, snd Smith are all about the same level of QB, and they are pretty much there with Purdy, who gets extra points for leading his squad on two deep playoff runs, including two NFC Championship games and a SB in his first two seasons in the league. Even if Purdy wasn’t the primary reason for that success, he was definitely A REASON, and he deserves a lot of respect for that. He could fall down the list or leapfrog Young and Montana if his early success is any indication.

Mitch is gone, so yes the interception numbers will drop drastically. Big changes to the unit this year is a little concerning. Possibly 2-3 position changes to O-line, new qb's , and OC, missing Diontae Johnson. Not gonna be an instant success, but I think they'll figure it out

And Brandon aiyuk is gonna get paid money similar to deebo, about 20 million a year while they gotta pay Brock purdy next season and what’s gonna happen to that!? Brock gonna get a 200 million+ contract most likely ATLEAST 30 million a year, and where they gonna get the money?
