Personal vehicle stored in MOC is not affected by other cooldowns so you can store a 2nd oppressor mk.2 in the MOC and request it immediately with no cooldown; that's probably how he got another mk.2 so quickly.

@@jonjon-ft6wp yup. Services -> MOC -> request personal vehicle. It somehow bypasses any other cooldowns so you can have a 2nd backup mk.2 immediately. I've mastered the art of flying upside-down so can dodge even deluxo/ruiner 2000/scramjet/vigilante missiles so don't usually need it in PvP but I have found it quite useful for PvE when doing heist preps and stuff and accidentally crash it into a tree then into a swimming pool or get it impounded by the cops and can instantly call my 2nd one.

Okay, I learned something new, the regular Insurgent is capable of doing the Zentorno trick but can withstand some abuse. Next time I see a godmode van, or just someone in godmode, I just back up on them.

@@spookyreaper1702 It’s stronger yes, but take a look at the back windshield, it’s wide open for the pick-up custom. Yes, it has bullet resistant glass at the back, but it will break eventually. The original however, has a door in the back and a very small square window that’s hard to get an angle to shoot the driver. Hope it helps, just take a look at it yourself, it’s clear as crystal.
