It is like a simplified version of “Armour” with a dinosaur skull motif. "Athron” was available in Type-A Plain and Type-B Black, but I did not know that Type-B Plain was also available.

These are the knives when you walk into the truck stop off a turn pike and, ask for the knife in the glass case in the shop gift shop by the food court. Premium gas station. Not hating. Got a foreversteel this week and love it.

i just love rike. i use my tulay daily, and the thor 5 is just my favourite knife ever. i just love the organic look of the handle and the bladeshape. the anthron is a bit to bulky and short for my taste though - at least to use it on daily basis (also not really available here in europe)

Gotta say, the first one sounds awesome when opened, that little metallic ping. Weird af knife, though, lol. Wish every company and their mother would stop with the titanium/blue combo already. Looked great at first but its getting old. Looks better in the black.

I love Maxace's overbuilt because (to me) they are super cool. These are just weird like you said. But experimentation was the word of the 70's and the designers must be my age. 😁 Cheers!

maxace and rike are kinda similar, just compare a rike thor 5 with a maxace hive. very similar organic look of the handle (rike and maxace are my favs. altough a vortex is just not good for daily use 😅)
