My channel is very, very new and small but recently I had a few videos that did 5 - 20x's better than my typical and what I have noticed it that because it drove new viewers to my channel and I had videos already created it has helped bring what was once normal to a much higher level. So true I have uploaded over 536 videos and had about 20 break 1000 views. The best were 16k and 18k with only 100 subs at the time. I thought I had figured things out Nope the next few videos got less then 10 views. I always always feel depressed after a video gets a ton of views I would love to have more consistent view ranges.

My tip if you’re making a short is to use a popular audio, my first video got 80 something views but on my second video I used a popular audio and got 2.8k views in under a week.

That's super interesting. 40k views per hour. I have not seen that. My biggest video ever had close to 1500 views per hour on its peak and ticked well for almost 3 weeks closing out on almost 300.000 views. And for a channel that was at 800 subs, this was like Christmas, New Year and Birthday rolled into one.

Ever since I uploaded my video I’ve had zero views. I do feel like having a niche at the beginning may be limiting U may or have not actually have found a particular content more enjoyable when making. The main idea is that we shouldn’t create one with the idea of will it get views will I blow us …. Etc ; just have genuine fun making videos ,take a lil risk here and there and as said in this vid ..keep things simple. The analytics afterwards (of a viral video) lol definitely damaging for some(don’t let it bring u down tho).have fun y’all!

Ok. So finally I understand why a video of mine posted in winter, got a boost of views after 10 days of 500 views, got a boost until 5k. Even if my channel had at that time 100 subscribers. Thank you VidIQ. I made videos about train trips, and in my country in 11th of december each yaer the yearly time schedule of trains are changed(in all Europe)> SO basically , then my videos started to have more views, almost all my videos had a boost.

I work so hard on my videos. I keep going and every time I do a video, I pick it apart and look at what I can do better the next time.
