The unfortunate thing about watching Chris Ramsay's KZbin channel and this one is that sometimes I see the solve of the same puzzle on one channel first before it shows up on the other channel like this puzzle and the last video. However, I do like watching Mr. Puzzle solve the puzzles more. It is less frustrating to watch Mr. Puzzle than when Chris tries to solve it. I think it is because Mr. Puzzle is able to clearly and logically explain how to solve the puzzle.

@DW_75 жыл бұрын
@@timehunter9467 which is totally understandable.. But as most watchers of both channels I can get behind both of them. Chris is more the creative and trial and error type of solver, who tries many paths which sometimes seems far fetched. Mr puzzle has a pretty straight forward way of solving, both types are nice to watch for me, although Mr puzzle improves my own puzzling more. Especially his video on the titan puzzle really made a difference

So the nut at the top was attached to a threaded piece, and I wonder whether it wasn't the original intent to remove the hex bar, shift the top pin under the hole and then tighten that little set-screw back into the top hole, to secure the pin in the unlocked position? It kind of feels like that part was separate from the nut for a reason?

@Showsni5 жыл бұрын
"Frown" is one of those words that means different things in different parts of the world. Here, a "frown" is something that is done by the forehead - a furrowed brow. I'd just call that face a sad face, since it has a downturned mouth but no frown.
@Apophian93 Жыл бұрын
I'm not a big fan of sequential discovery puzzles. It always seems like it's just a matter of time until you find the next move and the next and then it's done. I like ones that have uniquely thought up solutions which require deep consideration. Like Hanayama Radix Puzzle. That's a fun one! But I'll watch this video!
@PetermusPrime5 жыл бұрын
Could you use the other screw (that was part of the top nut) to hold the top pin from sliding by screwing it back in against it?

Can anyone recommend, if they exist, a good sequential puzzle box in the $25-$50 range?
@SubaruWRXspdManual5 жыл бұрын
I'm no puzzle price expert, but $25-$50 for a sequential puzzle seems quite low to me. Good, high quality puzzles are usually not sold in high volumes, so they don't make alot to begin with and as you can see with this puzzle, they are usually very well made, so I'd guess low priced puzzles would start around $80-$100. Google is your friend. Look around on Google. You might find something in your price range.
