It gets SO tough later, all the ones I have left I've been coming back to for days, chipping away a couple of blocks here and there. Love this game :D

Brute forcing sucks. However... I've found that if I end up brute forcing a Tametsi level, there's always a better, non brute force way to beat the level that I missed. By the time I reached the lategame I had come up with a system of notation that made it easier to see those paths, and helped me enjoy the game much, much more.

@blakecook92663 жыл бұрын
@@peantud12 brute forcing is like when there’s a 3 digit combination lock in an escape room or something and instead of looking for the answer, you just try all 1000 combinations. Essentially, you skip the actual logic and just guess/click on tiles uncaring if they’re a mine or not

There's a setting in the launcher of this game that makes it so that grey cells are treated the same as colored cells, giving them a single-color count and making highlighted grey cells have a grey border like how colored cells have colored borders. IMO that makes this game much more visually clear.

(I'm assuming you mean 40: Sunset) The color scheme is meant to mimic a sunset, so from top to bottom it's orange, pink, purple, dark blue, with the red sun in the middle. The bottom two colors are indeed pretty similar even to my eyes, but still easily distinguishable.

My own approach is to reset whenever I hit a mine. It's annoying, yes, but it's incentive to not hit any mines the first time around, and whenever I get to where I messed up, it allows me to look for the ACTUAL logic that I missed.
@hallojasper42973 жыл бұрын
And also completing the level without hitting a mine during the level will make the level number blue, if you hit a mine and undo and then finish the level the number is white. You can see that 2 of his levels are white, those are the ones he made a mistake on.
