If they're not going to give a Scald replacement, they should make Hydro Pump 100% in the rain and Fire Blast 100% in the sun.

How are these Scald replacements? Hydro Pump and Fire Blast serve totally different purposes.

I'm saying they aren't, but at least give me an accurate move of at least 80 power, and if you won't, make it so I have some way to use Hydro Pump accurately. Also it's wild that Hydro Pump has five more accuracy than Fire Blast.

I don’t know about the move changes you mentioned, those moves would be completely broken in the respective weather. but I 100% agree there needs to be a single target, special and accurate water move that’s 80-90 base power. Doesn’t need to have an additional effect lol just be accurate 😂

When people forget that Salamence has always been the premiere mixed attacker ever since its release. Moxie boost dragon dance sweep, M-Salamence aerilate with hyper voice, Specs/Scarf Draco Meteor sweep in Gen 5, even had some succes as a utility tailwind setter with good roost recovery and intimidate support. Pretty much Salamence hasn’t really seen a single generation going below UU tier and has always been a good choice for VGC doubles.
