Emus LOVE kale.. Also try chopping the fruit up into tiny bite size pieces for a bit until they get the hang of it. Float the kale in water is their favourite. We're new to them too just getting two in March. We love them!

Story teller Rachel. "Pried the chipmunk from Snickers' elderly jaws". 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🐿 That was funny. And thank you Rachel, for mentioning the sea sickness. I don't say anything in comments about it, but kinda just look away for a bit. I mentioned it to Dutch once, but it wasn't worth it. He made a couple speeches about subscribers and commenters making suggestions. He more or less said he was gonna do it his way anyway. So now I keep my big mouth shut. 🙊 😉 Love the amount of time and work you put into all your animals. Wonderful stewards!

LOL your chipmunk story brought back memories from a longtime ago when I was 13 and visiting Upstate here in NY. A feral barn cat had gotten a hold of the poor fella so duty called! Luckily I was able to get a hold of the cat and wiggle the chipmunk out of his mouth. Sadly the little guy was not moving, I thought I was too late. That was until he stopped playing opossum and started to defend his life and bit me real good and ran off. Don't blame him and I would do it again!

Careful with your diamond ring - the claws should be checked for wear and tightness and especially don't bang them on a shopping cart or let your birds peck them. I feel bad every time my ring tings anything and I never wear them at home doing household or outside work. My mom thought that she lost her diamond feeding the chickens so I have been extra careful with mine. She eventually found it under the car mat - the fun was looking for the diamond at the chicken coop...lol! It was a long standing joke. I have had the claws on my diamonds repaired - they do wear out.
@runninggreywolf83132 жыл бұрын
You should think about raising the shade roof off the ground with a few cinder blocks on each side. It would off them more shade and not so cramped. I'd also move it away from the corner as snakes will have an easier place to hide. Moving it away from the edge of the woodland would offer better protection against wildlife.

Those geese are just gorgeous with their feathers, I don’t think I’ve ever thought of a goose being beautiful but they are. I live in the suburbs of Las Vegas but all the way up to the mountains but we have had an owl living around in our neighborhood for many years now but my little Pomeranian I’m scared he or she is stalking her, she does not go outside without me because I do know they will kill and I’m scared to death.

I'm so glad you are watching over your fur baby. When mine was a puppy I did the same. We have owls and hawks. Now that he is bigger, I only worry about wildcats and mountain lions. They come right in and make themselves at home. I'm in Tucson.
@mommashawna7072 жыл бұрын
@@southernbelle3995 like I said we live right up to the mountains so we have the coyotes evidently owls which I did not know and we do have a hawk that’s a new thing that’s flying around to and bobcats. We’ve always had big dogs like the great Pyrenees and Newfoundlands but about 15 years ago I wanted a little dog, our family has never had a little dog, not my parents or grandparents so we rescued a Pomeranian when we had our great Pyrenees still and they were best friends she was his baby LOL, but I feel better when we’re outside that he was there to protect her. I have since downsized to an 80 pound male German Shepherd, lab and border collie mix and a two-year-old Pomeranian that we rescued, she is his baby and she goes nowhere without him following her, he’s such a good daddy. Thank goodness Pomeranians are the little big dog, they have no idea that they are small and she acts just like the big dogs. She won’t even play with small toys, she even has to carry around the extra large bones that are as big as her haha Needless to say the thought of something coming in my yard and taking my dog is such a nightmare of mine. When that happened to that Logan Paul, that’s his name, where his five-year-old Pomeranian was taken by a coyote and it ripped me up inside.UGH So do you have a newer puppy? What kind? I just love the little puppy kisses LOL
