Ingredients:
Dough:
350ml of water
150 grams of flour
150 grams of butter
pinch of salt
4 eggs
Cream:
500ml milk
2 egg yolks
100 g powdered sugar
70 g vanilla custard powder or cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 ml cream
1 tbsp cream
12 g cream stabilizer
50 grams of chocolate
20 grams of butter
Bake: 250°C / 482°F 12 min. then 180°C / 356°F 10 min.

Heisst Eklair bzw Liebesknochen auf Deutsch bzw in Deutschland..ist lecker ja..ich probiere auch..man kann auch als Blech den Teig drauf verteilen und das 2mal..da kommt auf ein fertig gebacken die Creme drauf und den nächsten gebackene Teig drauf plus Schokoladenguß..oder Puderzucker..lecker...gut gezeigtes Video

Мне казалось, что при выпечке эклеров всегда внутри должна образовываться полость, которую по остывании при помощи кондитерского шприца заполняли кремом: заварным, сливочным или белковым . Но этот вариант мне тоже нравится! Спасибо!

After watching a few of your videos I am thrilled with your steps for making vanilla custard. I've never seen it done this way and it is obviously much wiser as you can't scramble the eggs. Thank you for sharing this with all of us.

Ich kenne es auch als Eclair oder Liebesknochen....gab es schon in meiner Kindheit. Danke für das Rezept, werde es backen. Man bekommt es kaum noch zu kaufen, und wenn,dann schmeckt die Füllung nicht.

Ja, ich kenne es als Vanillecreme-Eclairs. Meine Oma hatte sie früher genau so für uns gemacht. Die Füllung kann, je nach Wunsch, auch variieren. Allerdings gab es damals noch kein fertiges Puddingpulver zum Kochen von Dr. Oetker . Die Puddingcreme kochte sie noch ganz traditionell... 🥰😍

Oui, c'est un stabilisateur de crème, ce n'est pratiquement pas nécessaire, cela n'arrivera pas si vous ne le donnez pas, mais je préfère toujours utiliser un taxi, et je vous garantis que la crème fouettée restera toujours belle. dans tous les aliments Peut-être avec vous Il suffit de demander à ce sujet Je vous souhaite une belle journée

I’m making this now.. I’m using cornstarch instead of vanilla custard powder.. I read that you add vanilla to get the same taste but then vanilla is also added later.. I’m so confused if I need to add extra? I’m assuming so..

Эклеры. Когда то в далекие советские времена пекла их детям, но использовала сливочный маргарин, сейчас не получаются на сливочном масле, потому что масло не натуральное (пальмовое) нашла рецепт с использованием растительного масла, но еще не пробовала испечь, дети выросли, но эклеры помнят

I wish at the different stages you say how long and what temp… my custard is not sweet at all and took a really long time to get to the right consistency. I don’t have a gas stove and my burners go off and on even though it’s brand new. It’s some weird thing. But I have no idea if the custard is supposed to be sweet? I’m assuming when I add the whipped cream it will get better. I feel like maybe I should have used vanilla pudding powder instead of cornstarch
