I've started reading a Novel after seeing the first episodes.... And the difference is drastic. Anime has been made overly naive & simplified... Don't kill anyone & show no blood & no inner complicated thoughts with motivations. I highly recommend a novel, which is ongoing, but has more materials than enough for a second season. 😊

Here are my thoughts from episode 13 of this: I thought that Duke might be pretending to forget Alicia because there's no way he would have forgotten her so suddenly and I was right!! But I cannot believe that Alicia was gonna be exiled for erasing Duke's memories, I was so surprised at that moment, Duke did this so that Alicia wouldn't have to go to Laval and did this for the one person he truly loved, honestly from that episode it was sensational and wonderful, but sad enough that Alicia is being exiled, I mean she is a villainess after all and everyone lowkey hated her as one, but all that comes well, I hope to experience more things that come in Alicia's way...I guess in the meantime I'm gonna have to read the rest of the manga from this anime to know what happens next and once Season 2 of I'll Become A Villainess That Goes Down In History comes, I'll definitely be watching it too since I loved this anime sm!! Funny how Liz gets very angry 😡 at Alicia not doing anything to get out of the trap 🪤 was set for her. Alicia responded that's it the Duke behind it, pretending to have his memories messed and he's doing it to help her Funny how the Duke rejects Alicia rejection of his love and makes a persuasive argument to change her mind to accept his love and is willing to give hers to him. 😊 This is a rare case an anime like this I want an 2nd season. Because it has more depth than most villainess animes do and its built up for another season. Good choice Comfytea for choosing this anime to cover. 😊
