This would be the ultimate worse case for me. Quite a few major resellers, Phoneix resale, retro rick, gaming pixel. None of whom I am really interested in wanting to be friends with. Whether you're trying to make profit or find a deal for your collection to play it's too competitive of a market there. I feel like the winners are the ones staying home playing video games and focusing on their studies, or career or upgrading jobs etc. Nickel and diming smaller and smaller spreads. The one thing all of these people have in common is they only talk about value of the games and the procuring and hunting of games. Never really a focus about the games or playing them. The difference from someone like Happyconsole gamer. He does have gamepick videos but that is the lesser focus.

That deal for the Turbo game reminds me of a similar thing that happened to me a number of years ago. I was at a Flea Market and was looking to get a Sega Genesis/CD combo, the guy selling it said that he would throw in a free game if I picked up the system. Looking through the games he had, most of them were sports titles in single sleeves. Then I spotted a double-disc case that held a racing game. After checking out the second disc, I chose that game. The disc that was behind the racing title was the original Lunar Silver Star for the Sega CD.

7 years ago at a garage sale i bought a ps1 for $10 and the guy ran upstairs to grab the "games." i opened up the ps1 as he ran inside and i found clock tower inside of the console. he came back with all cib black label copies of brave fencer musashi, final fantasy 7, 8 and 9, dino crisis, metal gear solid, and tomb raider.. he didnt have the clock tower case but still a huge bonus

I lucked out and got a complete Beatles: Rock Band set a few years back at a local thrift store for $25. The previous owner kept things nearly pristine; opened, but everything was still neatly packed in the box. I originally bought it when it came out on 9/9/09 but I got the game by itself as I had Guitar Hero gear I could use but I’m a HUGE Beatles fan so I was over the moon to find the special edition a few years back.
