I believe this game only has a 3 god pool, so after you had Aphrodite, Demeter, and Hephaestus in your pool you were never going to see Hestia.

​@@AndrewLLeo the "god pool" means that once you hit the cap of 3 different olympians (artemis and hermes excluded, because arty is a region encounter, and hermes is a special case since he can only offer 2 boons then won't show up again) then no more new gods can show up by normal means. There's a few simple bypasses, bringing a god's keepsake guarantees that they'll be offered on the first door that would offer a boon, or to enter a shop with 2 gods and have a god on offer at the shop that's different from the door, since exits open immediately on shops. But after you reach the cap, you can only get those 3/4 gods for the rest of the run.

how do you get the ability to rarify boons? im like 30 hours in and i still dont know

When you have that gods specific keepsake it allows you to. The one star ones you can only ratify commons but as you level the keepsake you can rarify higher tier boons!

also craft the codex as soon as possible. if a heart is filled in next to a character that means you have gifted them already and each character only has one keepsake. there's some serious gamechangers in there so start giving that nectar out 😆
