I'll be honest it didn't even occur to me that somebody wouldn't know. I was so confused when people said they cried at the end of ep 4. But these reactions sure are fun to watch!

Honestly not even a theory, it was basically a hard fact with the teasers and the game lore knowledge. But the funny part was seeing league fans trying (many failing) to not to spoil reactors of this surprised, I admit, very hard self-control in a 4 years wait

@@viniciuslopesmodena Yeah, reminds me of R+L=J from Game of Thrones. Fit everything so well it would be bad writing if it weren't true. And similarly plenty of people who didn't obsess over the show were actually surprised by that too. Not me. I obsess.

20:52 That little old lady is probably the only one of the prisoners who remembers Powder before she became Jinx - while everyone else looks at Jinx almost worshipfully, she kind of looks like a proud grandmother, the way she pats her hand. I love it.

8:20 She didn't say that it'd be easier to have Mel as an enemy, but safer for her. Mel's mom might be an awful human being but there's no way she would underestimate or talk ill of her family, especially she wouldn't think of members of the family as weak

Well it clearly wasn't safer lol, Ambessa said to Amara that she had no idea was family was to her and then the black rose just kidnapped the daughter. Ambessa gave her weakness away

Love your reaction to the Warwick reveal! Here's a few foreshadowing bits you guys missed (no blame, they were fairly subtle!) 1. In S1 E3 when Vander takes the shimmer he's growling/snarling in a very recognizable way (for players). 2. In S1 E9 at the end when Jinx shoots the rocket it cuts to the doctor and he looks up and you can see the silhouette of a figure hanging from the ceiling. 3. In S1 Vander is referred to as the "Hound of the Underground"

Also anytime jinx was hearing voices, the scratchy sketches would appear representing people. Vander’s woule always appear in a notably beast-like shape resembling Warwick

I'm kind of annoyed at the commenters who pointed out this foreshadowing in season 1, because I'd have loved to just have been surprised like everyone else who doesn't know League of Legends.

@@LadyDoomsingerwelcome to being part of a community that has existed for 15 years, and has been theorising about things for MANY years. There are many more theories than just Warwick that I won't say here, but don't expect fans to keep quiet about things they expect to come, when they have probably been waiting longer than you. It might be frustrating for you when you don't pick up the clues, but imagine people who have played the games for years, trying to piece together who's related to who and how each champions story is connected etc and then you are told to keep quiet for people new to the lore. Plus, arcane is canon but it doesn't exactly follow the league lore 1- 1, so things may deviate from fans expectations

Yes, it's an old-fashioned concept that they don’t clearly quantify their time jump on screen, but Amanda Overton did confirm it’s around 3 to 6 months. Though with the creation of the railway to Stillwater, I always imagined the time jump being closer to 6 months to a year at most.

Arcane fans witnessing the most absoluty insane plot twists imaginable: WHAT THE ACTUAL FU- Meanwhile League of Legends fans: Aha, we were right. Jesus, that took almost a decade to be confirmed. This fits with every reveal btw.

You misunderatood Ambessa words about Mel. She said "She is safer as our enemy", cause If she uses Mel how she used Caitlyn, she would be more focused for Black Rose for being an ally than a "enemy". Either way, she loses Mel, but her intentions was to protect, not to really turn Mel hers enemy.

I think a lot of people i've seen reacting somehow forgets that probably more than five months have passed, and it's not like Cailtyn had her fight with Vi and the next day she was with Maddie. I don't like that relationship either, but to be fair to Maddie she is kind of trying to give some emotional support to Cait. Great reaction looking foward to the next episodes.

Isha is nerve deaf, that is why she is mute. She may be able to hear some frequencies of sound, but she lacks the normal range of frequencies needed for human communication. I am the father of a deaf girl, I saw this constantly, I am sensitive to the queues as I lived them for 18 years. Notice how Isha is completely unresponsive to spoken word when her back is turned. Notice how Isha doesn't understand why Jinx is bopping to the music Sevika's new arm is playing. Notice how when Isha jumps between Vi and Jinx in S2E3 Isha locks eyes with Jinx and not Vi? Isha was looking for Jinx to give the order to "stop" or "kill", but Jinx was paralyzed with shock, so only then did Isha turn to face Vi as she realized SHE had to make the call to kill Vi. I suspect she is only capable of very high frequency and very low frequency hearing, but the mid ranges needed for speech development is just not there. Isha never learned speech because she doesn't know it exists, everyone else is just mouth flapping, she is only interested in facial expressions and gesticulations. There are more than 3 dozen different indicator's during the scenes at Jinx's hideout, while Isha plays with the grenade, and Jinx is talking about being powder, and how Isha reminds Jinx of Powder, Zero response as Isha isn't looking at Jinx's face. As Jinx is Isha's role model and hero, Isha would be star struck to know her hero has such a deep and personal connection, but she is completely unresponsive. There are many more instances later in the series, but will avoid talking about them here due to spoilers.

You guys ended up on my recommended yt front page, and as someone who loves watching react content i decided to check you guys out. I got to 3minutes and 33 seconds before im peacing out and leaving this comment. I understand that copyright infringements are very unforgiving and you have to edit around them, But imo if you turn the opacity and have a background in such a way where i cant even follow along whats happening that's an issue. I have to recollect from memory the action that is happening while listening to you guys as an audio book. I also understand if i care enough i could just go to your patreon,aswell as there are some yt reactors who do this style and have gotten to 300k subs. The react sphere is far too competitive filled with people who might have less personality and less interesting reactions, but simply have better editing. Good luck in your YT journey.

I'm curious (not confused). First of all, yes it's f'd up that Vander turned to that. But is there any way that can save him in the first place ? Many people thought he died. His childrens thought he died. Is this the only thing that can make him still alive/survive ? Singed is all about that "the mutation must survived" thing anyway.

Peace being the justification for violence isn't as deep as the show wants it to be. Self-defense, as a nation or an individual is almost always justified, basically restoring peace by fighting back against the party that broke peace. Inversely, it's hard to imagine any other justification to use violence that breaks peace, unless you're trying to preemptively handle a threat that could break peace in the future. Like a raid on the suspected location of a fugitive or a riot squad shutting down a group of protesters who are getting amped up and talking about doing something violent in the near future.
